The confirmation email timing can be a little late, or it may not register as it should. I sent an order about a week ago, so I kept getting these confirmations when I did the confirmation and survey. It may be an I.T. Support issue. Always glowing remarks from me. Wonderful

I researched many companies and found this one to have the best reviews and reliability. I was nervous about sending my memories through the mail. It all arrived safely at the facility and back to me. I am happy with the service that I received.
I am not happy that I had to spend an additional $55 to access my memories after paying $1500 to have it all preserved. When spending that kind of money, a year's membership should be given.

I was happy to be able to convert very old 8mm film from the 50s and 60s into digital and share with family around the country. Supplying the packaging was a real bonus. User friendly online access.

The only surprise I had was when I went into the app and couldn't access photos any longer. I was notified that I had to pay to continue accessing my pictures. Apparently if you do not download them to your own device right away, then that access is dropped until you buy an monthly/weekly/annual membership. Not a fan of that. I believe it should have been stressed at time of purchase.

But I had some pictures that were in different directions I thought they might straighten them out and make them upright so they are noticeable but overall they did a great job.

It is nice to have my videos made digital. Some of them are a little blurry in parts, but I'm sure that is due to their age.

I received them early and everything like I wanted. The only problem I had was that I noticed a couple of small portions of my home movies were not included. Other than that, I liked it. One other thing I can get by I guess is that the videos are in little clips instead of together like the home movies I sent in were. I used an app to put them together and reupload them but I haven't been able to do it yet because it takes forever!
Hi Cari, When we do the digital conversion each videotape will be separated into scenes. Our editors use location changes, time stamps and camera stops/starts to create these scenes. Wow! When I began viewing these, I must have said numerous times, "Oh my goodness, I forgot about that". Many of those tapes were over 40 years old! It was a wonderful experience watching everything, sending some to family, and enjoying my children and nieces as they grew. I am still enjoying categorizing and re-labeling. And on a rainy day, I find myself sitting on the sofa watching these, they are better than a movie. Thank you iMemories for the greatest treasure!

I have had my 6 VHS videos for over 20 years and luckily IMemories was able to convert them digitally. A few glitches in quality, but overall still great seeing all my memories come through. It was also great to share with my family & friends.

I was skeptical. But I am at ease after the first shipment. IMemories did a fantastic job on my precious memories by digitizing my old VHS and CVHS Tapes and labeling, and categorizing them in a library where I can easily access and share with loved ones. This has saved me hours and hours of time. I would recommend this company to anyone as they do an amazing job with a very quick turn around.
