This was an excellent experience. Shipping was easy and well tracked. The finished product exceeded my expectations and the online access to my digitalized slides uncomplicated and and made it easy to store and/or download my photos.

This has been a very satisfying experience. I cannot wait to share my converted tapes with my friends and family. I do wish that the options were stated clearer than they are. I am confused as to what options are open to me for keeping the digitized memories. I am not tech savvy at all. I am so glad that I went through this effort with iMemories, and am very satisfied, but I do think that the options available could be made clearer and explained better.
My videos to digital were fine. They couldn't improve the sound quality but that's ok, probably bad filming! Anyway, good overall conversion.

It has been so nice to find a company that transfers my old video cassettes that were sitting in a drawer to digital format. Relieved so many memories. A couple of them were damaged due to mold inside that I wasn't aware of but the rest were good. I sent in some negatives as well for pictures and everything was transferred to my account digitally and was easy to save to my external hard drive. I sent in a second batch of video cassettes my mom found since I recommended it and we got a nice discount! Highly recommend!

I received my vhs tapes and the items I ordered very quickly! I had them digitized for my children, they were so happy to be able to see their grandparents, who we lost when they were young. They will have these special memories to enjoy for years to come! It was a very emotional moment when we we able to view them for the first time! Thank you for what you do, you handled our treasured memories so carefully and I highly recommend your service!

This was the best decision ever! Imemories is so trustworthy. I sent in so many large VHS tapes and small 8mm VHS tapes hoping I would get them back and be able to see my memories from 30 years ago. The recordings are now on my account and so easy to go through. They're labeled and clear! Clarity was my biggest concern but I can see all of them and they play just as if I took the videos yesterday. It brought back so many memories! I was also able to see family members who are no longer with us, what a joy! Thank you Imemories
It was such a pleasure to see these pictures again.
I had 1 or 2 items that had audio flaws. The audio track was off track or garbled. I do not know if this was an original error. I don't see how that would be possible.
I converted my vhs tapes to digital because vhs players are pretty much obsolete and the tapes can lose viewing quality or get damaged over the years. I'm so happy I can now easily view my tapes on my digital devices whenever I want too. I didn't give 5 star rating because I was dissatisfied with the viewing quality of some of the transfers. They are very dark. I thought the iMemories techs had the ability to lighten those videos up. Also, one tape from previous order came back like it was scrambled. It was a home movie of my son's 4th birthday and he passed away at 40. That was a big disappointment for me emotionally to not have a good digital copy of that particular video.
We sent n a small sampling of family mini vhs as well as full side videos to see what we got. Everything is just as they said it would be. Very happy with services.
Digitalized our items quickly, sent back our original things nicely packaged and in great condition.
