I could not be happier with the experience. The quality of the 50+ year old film was incredible! Audio was clear, as well. Customer service helped me multiple times. The cost was well worth it!

When we do the digital conversion we can often help reduce tracking (gray lines through the picture), audio issues and some other quality problems. It is worth mentioning that the original quality of the recording and condition of a tape can affect the outcome.
