Still have not been able to download certain videos. Directions from iMemories don't work on my MacBook.
Had all our old (50+ years) videos and slides converted to digital formatted as they were starting to degrade from age. Very satisfied with the conversion process. Now we can share our family memories with all members of our family. Well worth the cost.

We tried to watch the old super 8mm and the 8mm films with a projector and almost ruined the film on a few reels. It was a pleasure watching the same films digitized, bringing back lots of good memories. I should have used iMemories years ago.

The iMemories staff were professional and friendly as I constantly called to track my pictures and videos. They have always taken great care of my package each time I have sent my memories to them. My whole family's best Christmas gift, each year, is watching their growing up years online. I will continue to trust iMemories with the items that mean the most to me.

I had 15 tapes digitized and thought it was a terrific idea. Everything went ok and I was very pleased with the service. Then I received an email that to keep my videos in a cloud, I would have to pay every month or a subscription service or my videos will be deleted. I felt very mislead and that was never advertised. I feel duped. I know they could have been downloaded but there's people who aren't very tech savvy, Overall, it's a disappointing experience because basically I'm right back from where I started.
