After years of putting it off I decided to box up my various media and get it digitized. Now it's on the cloud and easily accessible rom any of my devices. It's great that I do not have to worry about storing it in some outdated format, and I don't have worry about "future-proofing" it anymore. Thanks for making it easy.
The pictures are great, but the videos are very poor quality and difficult to view. There are a couple of seconds from the previous video on the next videos
The customer experience was good when I called, however I called about the price for digitizing DVDs. The pamphlet made it seem it would only be 9.95 to digitize, a bit cheaper than a VHS. I think the pamphlet should be revised to show this on the page for add ons and that the price is for if you want to order a DVD, not digitize a DVD. I may not have sent in so many at one time as the difference for me was almost $150 as I had many DVDs. All in all the process was easy!

The mailing the material was an easy process but it was difficult to navigate the downloading process one the videos were in a digital format.
I had videos in three different formats going back 50 years. I didn't even have a way to play them anymore. Now they are all in one place and completely accessible. Very very happy with iMemories.

The shipping process was easy, the digital videos were available promptly and were easy to download to my system, my originals were returned promptly and in good condition. Super-easy to work with and very reasonably priced.
I received back 4 of my videos with no sound, just the family movies.
I received the shipping box and loaded up my videos. Shipped it off and within a couple of weeks my first video showed up converted to an easy to download video. After another week the rest of my videos were converted as well. All my video tapes weren't sent back to me and marked with a small sticker so I know which ones I've already sent to iMemories. I'm very pleased with the whole process!
I love the easy access to all my digital files, the one problem we continue to have while playing them as they often stop before a video is over. Therefore, you can often miss a whole section of a video if you don't realize that. The only way to rectify it is to go back restart, and then we have to fast-forward to where we left off.

The whole process is easy and efficient. We are very happy with the end product as well. The only issue is the price is extremely high. Even with a 50% discount, it is out of the range of most people's ability to pay.
