Excellent service on all fronts of media conversion, indexing and transformation to digital formats.

Everything was really great. The whole process was great but the only thing was I got six videos that were not even mine. It was some other family.?

I sent in all my old camcorder tapes that we could not watch and now we have everything at our finger tips. So convenient.

Very trustworthy. Sent my very long ago movies with a little fear but heard from IMemories quickly. They had received them and were working on them. Some of my film was not as good as I had hoped but then they were 60+ years old and I didn't know how to use a movie camera. I got my film put on to a DVD. Very pleased.

Delivered what I wanted. Thankful to have digital copies now.

I did a lot of research before sending Videos and movie's to imemory.com. They were the highest rated and seem to be the most organized. And it was true. Everything came out great and I'm glad I did it.

I am slowly learning how iMemories works, but the support team has been great in answering my questions. My whole family is enjoying it and I have no regrets about starting the process. My only issue is the functionality on the app isnt the same as on my laptop. I wish I could run slideshows from my app.

The ability to share with family and friends video of when you were all much younger is priceless!
IMemories makes it easier to do that.

IMemories did what I could not do...salvage our memories. We are extremely grateful to iMemories for working so diligently to reproduce our treasures. Our wedding video was on a VHS tape which we had professionally captured in 1998, my dad passed away in 2001 iMemories made it possible for me to see my dad again and to listen to his words of encouragement. We are forever grateful!

Wish it had voices, it was only digital recreation.
Unfortunately, some of the video was very old - but I think they did the best they could do.

I have sent pictures and old tapes to both iMemories and the Digitizing Center to compare turnaround, ease of use and quality. IMemories turned my order around in 4 weeks compared to about 12 weeks from The Digitize Center. IMemories offered web-based download (although I don't like how you have to first request your files to be compressed, wait a day, then download - I'd prefer immediate download ready), Digitizing center offered a thumb drive. IMemories cost was the same as Digitize Center for tapes, but 2X the cost for each 35mm slide conversion. Overall, I'm impressed with the speed and ease of use with iMemories.

We have almost finished digitizing the life and travels of two very special people who are no longer with us. They even had some aluminum edged slides of pictures of a young couple working for the US government in Alaska when it was still a territory in the late 40's.

What memories we all can now see. Thanks for the help. 8000 slides and pictures all very professionally digitized.

Now it is our turn to do the same with our pictures so our kids and grandkids can choose to see our own longish and growing history, recorded on an aged film media few are using today.
