I was not happy about the discovery that all formats did not copy well.(those should have been marked for me for later) the ones that did were not as clear as I had wished. Also I cannot separate one photo that I wish to copy from the others on the download. For the fee of $800+ which I paid I felt I should have been able to copy for my use from your download the photos I chose. I was unhappy to find that I could not edit the photos either. Then I find out that I cannot access my photo download unless I pay for the "cloud access"!. For the 800$+ I should be able to access them when I wish..

I have enjoyed being able to watch my videos online. I am just trying to finish up gathering videos from my mother and myself. I am sending four more videos today. Your service is efficient and very fast considering all that has to be done. I would only be able to afford to do this With the 50 percent coupon. I have so many. And trying to gather up, my mothers has been helpful to have the cheaper price. Thank you for your service.
My experience was good but after paying the cost of having the tapes created digitally, I did not expect to have to pay for a subscription in order to access them.

I purchased a $14.95 coupon off Groupon thinking that was the cost of the service. I was wrong! The $14.95 only covered a box to mail the tape in. Way too expensive, I will not do another.
Excellent from start to finish / great quality transfers and cloud storage service. Would be great to have editing capabilities on the IMemories app. / icloud storage as is and parallel filing capabilities for edited clips.

My VHS tapes were over 35 years old and I had given up hope that I would be able to ever watch them again. IMemories converted these into an easy to download version that I could enjoy watching on my phone. I got to relive those beautiful memories and delight my now adult children. I was under the impression you would clean up the film. I was disappointed it looks no fifferent than the original. But I love the fact that zi can see it anytime on tv and can share it with family.

I was very exited to see the VHS films I had sent to be converted. I no longer had a vcr, so I needed the films converted so we could take a look at them. Most of them were from the mid 80,s and early 90's. I was very pleased with the results. My daughter is now in here late thirties, and had videos from two years of age to her graduation from high school. It was a good investment
Would like to get some more done and wrote to you a couple days ago. Haven't heard yet.
The where fast to develop and post my videos. But what was the most important thing to me was the care they took packaging my videos to get them there and to return them to me. If you need anything done. I highly recommend this company. They really care.

You can absolutely download individual photos as well as the entire album. The images are yours to save as you'd like. The iMemories cloud storage subscription is completely optional. It is one of the four ways customers have to save their memories. You can also purchase customized DVDs/USB drives(s) and/or download and save to your own computers and devices which is no charge.
