It is nice to have access to footage that I haven't seen for years.
Apparently some of my tapes contained copyright material. This was impossible for me to know as these were my grandpa's tapes. I was not notified on it and was still charged without being able to even know or see what the copyright material is.
Fast return of product! Good results! Expensive so I will probably not do more right now.

100% use their shipping box it's easy and worth it to package things nicely. Above and beyond with not only uploading the movies but also checking if there were multiple and diving them up! I feel bad for the poor souls who have to see some of these boring movies lol

The service was great getting my order processed. Questions were patiently answered before I sent you my memories. However, since the order has been completed I feel harassed. I've done one other review -- isn't that enough! I simply don't understand the obsession with companies to have to constantly have reviews! ENOUGH!
Had VCR tapes from TV shows that had family members in the show that we recorded off the TV for our private viewing wanted to transferred to Disc & USB but said that couldn't do it 7 VCR tapes had to find a different company to do it for us

We do not automatically refund for tapes that contain copyrighted material, because of the digital conversion work is complete. By law, iMemories is not able to upload copyrighted media such as Hollywood movies, television shows, and news broadcasts to your account without a copyright release. This information is noted on our website and inside the Starter Guide included inside the Safeship Kit. As a one time courtesy we have requested a refund for the three tapes that contained copyrighted TV shows.
