Every single man I spoke to would send me a short message, then not respond for weeks or months. I would let my subscription close, then I would get another short message from someone with no reply to my response. This happened with such frequency that I have decided they have fake profiles and use them to get people to subscribe in order to read those short, meaningless messages. It is either that or the men on the page were not really interested in finding a partner.
I've been a paid subscription member for several months now and am very discouraged at the negative reviews here but they have confirmed my suspicions that there are many fake profiles on the site. I have no issues getting flirts and first messages. I respond and the messages never get opened. Dozens upon dozens of unopened messages on my sent messages. How does one explain that?

I can't understand the bad reviews on here, I have had a good experience. Of course there will be the scammers here and there but on the whole it has been 5 star. My man is a wonderful Texan who adores his Leeds girl. I am 44 but he calls me his girl lol thanks team xx

I can understand a lot of the frustration because it does seem like a lot of the "connections" do disappear into thin air after you've made contact; and there are a lot of customer service issues. But then again, I did actually meet someone in the U. K. after we first met on this site, and they were very real and very nice.So it can happen.

There is no place to cancel it in the website, I have emailed the admin email address with no response.
I need a solution as I am NOT interested in continuing with this service.
My bank advised to contact you guys one more time otherwise they are going to report the situation to a major bureaus as this is ilegal. People should be able to cancel.

All I can say is that it has worked for us... I was on there 4 months and he was on there only 1 month. We Talked for about 8 weeks on there and whats app and when we knew we had that connection we decided to meet. It was not easy doing the LDR but we persevered and now we are together.

Similar experience to everyone else really... the company employees are rude and verbally abuse you when you report them to PayPal as being fraudulent. The messages you rarely do receive are dull one liners from I am guessing fake profiles, never any more than 160 people online whatever time of the day or night you log in. Total crap!

I had several responses immediately after signing up and when I responded to them did not hear from any again, I have experience with dating sites and this just does not happen. I have also noticed how several positive reviews are always left on the same day - what are the chances of that? So OBVIOUSLY fake. You have responded to one gentleman and revealed personal information about his sexual preferences here! Unbelievable.
Sharon you were on the site for just 4 days, you have several unread messages in your mailbox and you never once let us know you had an issue. How can you say all communication stopped after you paid? Your review here is false.

Unlike almost everyone else, I had used other dating sites. No one likes to admit that it seems.
This one was the only site I actually found genuine females so much so that after 6 months and $50 I have met a wonderful girl from Lewisham London.
To anyone who loves Brits like I do and wondered if it was possible to truly find love online... it is true. It happened for me.

It seems impossible to unsubscribe to the website. My emails are constantly ignored. I had 1 reply once and they said they cancelled my subscription; they did not.
I eventually just blocked their future attempts via PayPal AND my bank, and also am pursuing a legal case regarding refunds for the past year.
It's also worth noting that everyone I spoke to contacted me first, and really liked my profile then vanished. They were all unable to hold a conversation, missing most of my questions and forgetting what I had said previously (i. E. asking the same questions).
Their chat rooms are as empty as the wild west.
Terrible customer support (non existent) and bad website design.

Got talking to someone in a restaurant a while ago, nice American girl who told me she met her husband on this site. I decided to give it a go for 3 months. It actually took me 4 months before I connected with someone who I felt could be more than just a fling or a friend. I don't really understand the bad reviews but then again I am aware that things can happen. No one asked me to send money nor did I or would I.
I am not embarrassed that we met on a dating site, quite the opposite, she is from a place I would never have visited if we had not met on this site and so I can only be grateful and give it 2 thumbs up.
