Hey, Sara: I wrote a review & asked (within 24 hours -- in fact, within a few MOMENTS of re-joining) for a refund, but when I made my request, suddenly stopped receiving any communication. I think I would feel a great deal less negative about the company (and would never have taken the time to leave a negative review if anyone had initiated any contact with me or tried to help me in any way. I think it is awesome that you are offering help to Antony, but why wouldn't you want to help everyone who had spent money with you?
