Update - I received an email from Thea and he/she admitted they Doctor the photos. " The goal of picture editing is to improve the overall quality of the photographs, by retouching them professionally. Sometimes, the colour of the frame may also vary due to different computer calibration".
I recently ordered two pairs of glasses. On site they had vibrant colours. When I got them the one pair looked like basic black and the other had a few specks of colour. When I contacted them they said it's because THEIR pictures are taken under bright light. I went outside to test their theory and nope not any different. Then when they say you can return them you get charged delivery fee? Really? So if your looking for glasses that are basic black don't order any with colour. Pictures speak volumes. The most purple you can see on the one glasses is behind the ears? The front pictures are black. I don't see the blue and brown specks? Would not recommend as they just want your money without you getting what you want. They make it a hassle. I then said I'd exchange the one pair and because it was $10 more they tried to charge my account. Again, if they are the cause if my return due yo misleading pictures you would think they would in good faith exchange the glasses. I'm going back to Zenni.

My only hesitation with a 5 star review is that I found the readers that I ordered aren't strong enough. And I don't know whether it was my new prescr. Or the glasses themselves.
The glasses I received are well made and functional at a very good price. The only disappointment is that the frame colour was not what I expected. I expected a light gray frame colouring as it appeared to me on my monitor. Instead, the frames are a significantly dark - towards charcoal gray. It would help to have a "blow-up" view of the frame so that the true darkness of colour is apparent.
Upon arrival, one of my pair of glasses had a smudge mark that work come off.

Great selection of frames, fast and well packaged for delivery
Love ordering my glasses from iLookGlasses, this is my fourth pair, I save so much especially because I now need progressive lenses. The styles are up to date, shipping is quick, quality is great and using my own picture works on predicting how the glasses will look. Absolutely worth buying.
The ordering process was easy, lots of updated styles to choose from and I loved "trying them on". The real glasses looked as good as I thought they would. Best part, they as so much less expensive than at a brick & mortar store. I've bought about 4 times, my kids love them too.

I used to shop locally for glasses until a friend recommended this site to me. I got the exact same pair of glasses that I would have gotten locally for 1/4th of the price. It came in the mail very fast. I also typed in the prescription wrong on one of my pairs and they emailed me right away and fixed it. Only good experience with Ilookglasses!

Definitely know your exact prescription, size requirements for face etc. My glasses are slipping off my face quite a bit but I think my optician may have been off a little.
