Difficult to order and takes a long time to exchange them and it's not cheap!

When I went to the Optometrist recently and went to buy new prescription glasses, I was shocked to find that the new prescription glasses would be over $500 at the cheapest. I remembered a coworker informing me about iLookGlasses before, so I decided to check it out. The very cheap prices, paired with the BOGO deal, made me think it was a scam at first or that the quality would be poor; but I decided to gamble and try it. I got 2 pairs of prescription glasses for less than $200 total, they arrived exactly 7 days later, and they were nearly the exact same quality as I would have gotten from the $500 pair in-store at the Optometrist. I am very satisfied, and I do recommend that you get glasses from iLookGlasses as it will save you money, and I have yet to have any issues with the ones I received.

I have been buying my glasses from this site for many years. Great selection, easy to order and fast delivery. That's what keep me coming back again and again.

After much frustration with the website and some help with customer service i did manage to get some glasses ordered. Within 2 weeks they were scratched. They were not dropped or abused in any way during this time. I used only different cloths to clean them. Essentially i can only deduce that the scratch resistant coating is ineffective, poorly done, or non-existent. The lenses are always dirty, they seem to attract and hold dirt. The transition is a little high but i've managed to adjust, which means the frames don't sit in the best position. They will be my back ups once i purchase another set of glasses. Somewhere else.

I have to say how impressed I am with iLookGlasses.

The name may not be as catchy as some other vendors, but don't let that fool you, everything else is a step above the rest.

The site and shopping experience were easy to navigate. I was able to easily find all the information to make sure the glasses I was choosing were the right fit and style, and the prices are great.

I have a fat head - no better way to put it - so I chose some nice wide frames. As I was a new customer, Customer Support reached out to me to confirm that the glasses I was ordering were large, wide frame glasses - just in case I hadn't noticed that. They care enough to try to ensure you're getting the right product.

I was curious for the price how the quality would be, but I am very happy with the product. I ordered two pairs, one with transitions and the other with standard blue-light protection. Both are sturdy metal frames, don't rub on my temples, and have the higher nose pads so my glasses don't fall down my nose as much. You can tell these are quality glasses. They don't look or feel cheap or flimsy at all.

ILookGlasses is the only place I will buy glasses from now on - and it's a bonus that they aren't part of Big Optical!

Customer service worked very hard to make sure I was going to be happy with my choice of frames before they processed my order.
