The entire process of selecting and purchasing the glasses was as simple and smooth as possible. The selection of styles, and options for the glasses was excellent, and making the choices was simple. Adding my prescription was an easy upload. The order was placed on a Wednesday, the order shipped Friday and they were delivered Monday, incredibly fast. The glasses themselves are good quality and the optional features all correct. It couldn't have gone better!
Need more options for frames as that seams to be the one problem with Ilook. Staff, and the process is 10 out of 10. I get my order reviewed and sent fast and never have I had issues with them. I would like more options however
Easy to use web site. Only suggestion would be to be able to pick glasses by arm length. Order arrived quickly.
Nice options, like the try on. Received product in good time, nice case and cloth. Frame of one light weight but can see as expected (quality matches price). The other pair the frame and nose piece do not work with my prescription which I there was no way I would know that when ordering. The "guaranteed return" is not true - there is an automated response to keep trying and make them work.
