Garbage.
Went to login to my FL unemployment to track a recent unrequested payment and found the Connect page gone and this new Republican Gov. Death Santis stonewall blocking any and all access.
It starts out easy enough: upload pic of your driver's license.
But of course that was never going to be it. There will ALWAYS be a problem with whatever you upload (contrast, file size, random excuses). The main thing they want to do is stonewall you and keep you from making any progress.
After all of your uploads fail for one reason or another, they'll set a time for a video verification and then when that's supposed to happen, they'll find ANOTHER problem with your uploads and then say, We'll email you when we've had time to review your uploads more carefully.
What?!
You can see everything clearly--down to the individual bar codes.
So then you're done.
And the FL unemployment system is done with you.
Just go away and maybe they'll email you... whenever.
And if they do email you and you actually get a video chat, you better have ALL your uploaded docs with you physically in hand whenever and wherever you are so you can AGAIN present the docs over the video chat even though they already have them and can see your face on at least 3 docs AND see your face on the video chat.
It's like a bunch of moronic first graders decided to run a scam ID theft company. And they got IRS and state contracts thru their corrupt Republican political puppets like Ron DeathSantis.
The only thing worse than this is that DeathSantis passed the largest tax hike on Floridians ever with the online purchases tax. This is meant to replenish the unemployment system without asking DeathSantis's business donors to pay their fair share.

Biometrics

Filed for unemployment not understanding why this biometrics have to be part of ID, driver's license and social security number should've been enough I'm not in The into basically being forced to do a biometrics it did not give me the option to skip. There's something connected with this biometrics to get unemployment this is more likely going to start everywhere!

When you need to discuss or help with an issue, they provide a "bot" response "A Member Support Representative will be reaching out as soon as possible with assistance."
As of the 22nd of September, that has yet to occur. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has selected a very poor vendor to provide service to the taxpayers as their ability to respond and a customer's ability to speak with a PERSON is nonexistent.
I gave them 1 star only because there were no negative Stars available.

What a Joke!

There is no human to contact for help with this site. My zip code is wrong on my ID me account and it is causing a problem with me Drawing my UI for one week. I tried multiple and multiple times to get help on this and issue was not resolved! Very very dissatisfied! Something needs to be done about this!

HORRIBLE IDme!

I don't know how ANY Government Agency could hire a Company that is totally worthless! I have been trying for 5 months to get my unemployment insurance verification but BECAUSE OF IDme worthless Software Glitches, I can't be verified! Wrote them Plenty of Times to fix this and ZERO Help because it's seems that all their Help Issues are resolved by Automation response! I'd like to give this Dirt Bag Company a Minus 10, but I guess the 1 star is needed.

Poor customer service

I am dependent on their customer service email platform to fix an error on their site to be approved for Texas unemployment. I have sent over 20 support requests that have never been resolved. There is NO phone number to reach these people

Why after taking a picture of your I.D. and then taking a picture for you, you use a credit report to prove who I am? That does not make any sense! I have a landline yet I am now waiting on a text message? OK! Thank you for making it harder on the elderly and the poor than it already is! I don't use credit because I am not a fool, so I had to go online and get a credit check just so you could verify me now you are sending my landline a text message! What?

Burn it to the ground!

Absolute worst ID. Verification site on the planet! I feel unsafe submitting this absurd amount of information to get verified. I mean if the hackers didn't have all my information already, I'm 100% positive they have it now. At one point I thought they were going to request a picture of my dog, or for a mole on my $#*! to be sent in for DNA verification. I mean good lord am I applying for the secret service!

I was requested by the Texas Workforce Commission to verify my identity with id.me. Worst Company I have ever dealt with! I tried to do a simple confirmation and it was denied and when I asked for ID.ME assistance it took them from the time I applied on June 6 and they responded to my assistance on July 9. I have lost my benefits because of ID.ME and I hold them responsible for this. This company is Horrible and abusive. The Officers of this company should be charged with Criminal/Fraud.

Failed service

I am trying to re-activate my account but it is requiring me to verify my account via MFA with a phone number (old work number) that I no longer have accessed to. They direct me to a form to resolve and create a ticket with no expectation of when it is getting resolved. They are leaving me hanging. There should be several clear paths to resolve this. But they offer none online and it is completely indeterminate when or if they will get back to me. I will tell CA EDD to replace their service with something that works. I think I just need to go into an unemployment office.

This is the worst site I have ever dealt with in my life! I have been submitting my documents since the beginning of May. I have submitted EVERYTHING I have. I have about 15 different phone numbers, they all lead you to the DEO. No answer there or anywhere. They are too busy to answer your phone and they do not have a call back feature! I've been trying to reach someone for OVER A MONTH. I've sent emails, and all they say is "an agent will reach out soon" Someone else created an account using an email that DOES NOT belong to me. I now have been 15 months three different unemployment offices grand total of 26 times I've been to unemployment office ID mean now still has not ID me and playing games sad part is when a person loses their job which means they can't support their family or loved ones Idme now it makes it worse this is a sorry low down deal that should not have power over people that need help or that has paid into taxes for 50 years or 40 years it's a shame and sinful anyone would take advantage of someone's loss like the ID me now does
