I contacted Hsn several times to discuss joys all purpose cleaner. I used it on my tinted French doors and it removed the tint. I have been sent back and forth to joy company and then to Hsn several times with no response.
I canceled my account of 30 years of shopping there. This is the first inquiry I have ever made. I will not be treated this way. I have had to replace my glass panes in the door for a charge of $1600. 00 but it's your loss HSN.

Oh, sad to say, I have an account. Returned 3 items in one day, to the same place, Piney Flats, TN two of the items are in never-never land, the one cheap and DISGUSTING, bronzer I sent back got credited. Also, got a partial shipment of an item I ordered. No shipping documents were included, the additional item, the reason I ordered the product in the first place, was missing. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SUPPLIER. BAD KARMA

Why I shop HSN

I like some of the products. I also like the flex pay, which I call layaway while using. Some products come with extras that you don't receive in stores. For instance, I purchased an iPad, which I'm using now, I receive a keyboard, case and headphones. I can't get that at Walmart or Best Buy.

All purchases are not equal. My husband and I purchased all-in-one desk tops and his went out after 3 years. I think they were refurbished. You can purchase warranties, I'm not a big warranty person. However, their return policy indicates that they care about their customers. Box item; if you don't have your original paperwork, they will send you a shipping label, and send back!

By the way, I was researching a product to purchase on HSN when I ran across this site.

That is the name of the Game with HSN, I watched the video on their website and started the order process and here it is $59 price increase. What? Called customer service the woman said with an attitude and rudeness it says under the video that the price may change. I said no it doesn't and she said it is in the fine print. So there are plenty of other websites to order the products... Stay Away from HSN

HSN is absolutely horrible. When wanting flex pay they run your card for funds, then deny you. Said my credit score was to low. It's a 660. Why run your card and take funds out of your account if you're not going to get approved... Trash Company! Never Again!

Ink pads

Wasted money

I ordered a glassware set and several pieces came broken. Their website says free returns so I returned the set and asked for a refund. I got my refund and then I also got charged $9.95 of my $19.95 purchase for return shipping because the item weighed more than five pounds! If I had known I was going to pay for items I don't even have, I would have just kept the pieces of the set that weren't broken. Their website is a lie!

The 1st week in March I ordered 2 for the price of one bionic spotlights I only received 1 when you talk to customer service they deny that it was ever offered although if you read other reviews you will find it was offered and the same thing happened to other people, they received 1 were billed for 1 when they were supposed to be getting 2 I've ordered other products from HSN and been pretty satisfied but I'm very unsatisfied with this item and the way they handled it

I purchased the "TP Link Deco E3 Whole Home Mesh Wi-Wifi". I installed it but it didn't perform so I paid 3 other people on different occasions to reinstall the thing but there was NEVER any improvement of the product. After returning it they sent my same old item back to me. No credit and no return accepted

I am planning early for planting and looked into hsn for canna lily bulbs which they sell for $35 for 6. Do your self a favor and check out Lowe's. I found the same product- 5 bulbs for $14.95

If I could give a negative 5 stars to HSN I would! I ordered a toy which I received. It seemed very cheap China quality made and was not worth the price I paid. I decided to return and pay the $13 in shipping. My returned product was "received" by HSN on 12/15/21 according to USPS tracking# and today is 1/26/22 and I have yet to see the credit come through to my card. That is almost a month and a half I have been getting the run around by HSN. I have spoken to them multiple times (4 to be exact) and I am being told "it's coming". Even if I do get the refund, 45 days to process something that should take 1-2 days, it is UNACCEPTABLE HSN! If I don't have my refund by the end of the week I am contacting Boston's major TV news station to help me get my money back and shed light onto your $#*!ty company.

2 items; many E-mails to recipient $ thru paypal for return address =all avoided to answer No return policy that enables customer to Return, Exchange. Get Credit for or Refund for any reason(mine =low quality both items, mystery material/fabric, No size label, content label, wrong size.
Only possibility is return China(mocking)or 15-20%"discount? A non (business)model providing low quality items w/o possibility of resolving after many E-mails with Santaplants, Hsn. Shop et al. Shipping 1-2 month. A Scam!

I had been with hsn for over 30 years. Their policies and service have gone downhill. I won't trust them. They really have departments that don't have a clue of what they are doing. I will only use Qvc and Zuilly from this day forward. They will ship anywhere and hsn won't. Double check your orders because they will cancel your order and just send you an email about it the next day. It's unbelievable! During these last 2 yrs, you become dependent on ways to shop that are out of the norm. I'm not sure what has happened to them. But apparently their shipping policies are different than Qvc and Zuilly and for the worse.
