If u call hsn to get a payoff on your account they will argue you don't have a balance you are paid off etc because the online system as well as staff will not tell you BUT in 18 days you will owe a flex at of 1.66 snd if u forget it you'll pay a 20 something or 30 dollar late fee. If u buy on flex item and owe 3.15 one date and buy something else snd owe 5.13 another etc then u very well might forget one of the flex when it's due and get charged a hefty late payment. I know the answer is don't use flex pay and from now on I won't.
Oversized cashmere sweater I ordered took a month to be shipped, has no labels, and is by no means size, or material as advertised. Customer support was requesting photos, which I did email, and after a day their response was that I look good in it (I look great in Pyjamas) and could wear I could wear it with a coat! I feel scammed.
I ordered a pair of Bearpaw boots on December 4,2021. This day they had it on TV so I ordered a pair. I've been waiting and today I received an email that I returned them. When I called as I never received them. I was told they canceled my order as they did not have them. I don't understand as I ordered them when they advertised them. Won't be buying from HSN any longer. Bad business practices.
I buy from HSN too much. I ordered winter boots and size was too small so I sized half size up. Black 9 1/2 med. I paid out of pocket $11.00 to ship back as they dont pay shipping. I received dark grey 9 wide, I called and CS stated only 1 exchange allowed. It wasnt even my fault. I'm thinking I need to stay off their site period.
Took my order and charged my credit card! They canceled my order one hour later! I got an email Saying it was canceled with no reason given. No big deal! I will go to Best Buy and buy what I wanted to order! I do not recommend them!
Work Great. Easy setup, Good picture. The no signal come up every now and then but over all great product.
I spent nearly an hour and a half trying to set up an account online both through the website and the app. With no success except customer service being rude not reimbursing me for the time I spent trying to shop for my autistic son on there site and using their services. I even spoke with a supervisor who is equally as unhelpful! In the future I recommend someone going elsewhere such as Amazon or Walmart or even Target online but in short HSN is out for 1 thing... your money regardless of your satisfaction!
I notice so many negative reviews regarding HSN, however my personal experience with this company contradicts the majority of the perspectives I'm reading on here. To begin with, I ordered a PS5 about a week ago. It was supposed to arrive the following Wendesday(I ordered on Sunday night) however it didn't arrive until the following Monday, 5 days later than expected. A little fustrating, however customer service was extremely kind and helpful and they actually answer very quickly. They made sure my tracking number was sent the correct email address and my package was delievered without any problems. I'd definintely reccomend ordering from this company and I'm very satisfied with the product and customer service.

When I saw the camera, I like it because they said free return, but the return label it is the kind that I have to paid for it. I really like the camera but when I installed, the camera it was not charging. I tried to call but only machine answer. I paid 10.69 for the return. I never will buy from HSN again
Do not order from these people unless you have money to waste. I placed an order that was immediately cancelled by then but still took the initial payment, which put a pending authorization on my card. Here I am 6 almost 7 days later waiting for my money. Ridiculous, they want to blame your bank but definitely has nothing to do with my bank bc I've called them. Liars and thieves
Their customer service is a waste of time and any issue you bring up, they will probably respond with "I am unable to help." I wasted time calling UPS who couldn't help me because HSN messed up my order. Live chat is a joke. Multiple agents don't speak english and can't answer simple questions.
Ordered a christmas tree from their website. Looked beautiful. It was awful looking when we took it out. Then i called to return it. HSN said i had to ship it back because it was an outside vendor but i'll get reimbursed for my shipping. Took it to UPS store for cheapest return snd it was $106.55. I calked HSN to ask how i would get reimbursed and their customer service rep said maximum would be $50.00. So i'm out $57.00 for their staff telling me i'll get reimbursed and i did what they said and now i pay for a tree that didn't look like the website picture and had to lug it to the UPS store on my Saturday and get screwed out of money. Bad Bad customer service- i'm canceling my HSN credit card next!
I purchased summer shoes from them on September 2, they were suppose to be here 3 to 7 business days, we are now on September 22 and I still have not received them. I shop from hsn often but now I'm thinking maybe no more. I am very disappointed. By the time i get them it will be to cold to wear them.
NO STARTS! I have a Hsn credit card and used it to make one large purchase for 500.00 I Paid it off and added Curtis stone cookware for 199.00 and a face steamer for 50.00. I got two other small cheap items but returned them. Which if I had not returned it still would not add up to what I ended up paying. Anyway I got the 500.00 dollar purchase paid off. I continued to pay my balance off of the two items I added. Well I ended up paying over 550.00 on these two items when it should have only been like 250.00 max... Ofcourse I contacted them to ask why I have paid so much and I got No reason to why. I kept explaining that I'm confused and make it MAKE SINCE to me... They got very rude with me and still did not explain it. They say you get flex pay with the HSN credit card, Yeah freaking right! I would have saved hundreds if I would have just used my debt card and I told them that. This card is a SCAM! Do not get the HSN credit card it will cost triple the price of their junky products. I'm still wanting to find out what had happened if anyone has advice that would be great! Customer service is Iffy. They are all over the place with knowledge and customer service. HSN is nothing but a televised infomercial that lies and misleads products. Beware, stay away. Amazon, Walmart, and Heck even Wish makes better products. Plus you know you won't be overcharged, and the return will not be a hassle or cost an arm and a leg. SHAME ON YOU HSN. MONEY HUNGRY LIERS!
This photo clearly shows a 2.5 Oz bottle of this perfume for 48 dollars, unfortunately during check out they changed the size to 1.7 Oz. When I inquired about it and asked if I could send them photo of what was advertised, they claimed that they no longer are able to receive any photos of thier damaged merchandise or any photo that shows something that they are fraudulent for. I guess if you can't see it, it doesn't exist. I have made a couple of decent purchases in the past, however. This was different, as I tried reaching out to "customer service... "
BTW, I don't think that they are able to obtain that any longer either.

I now have decided never to order from HSN or sister company "QVC" because if something does not meet quality standard, receiving the refunds are like "pulling TEETH" and if not monitored by customer, they will just keep the game going. I am exhausted by keeping up with phone calls when I communicate every detail BUT WEEK LATER, I am told something different & then "delays" my refund when I return the items very carefully with notes inside! Unreal. I really thought these 2 companies in the USA, were above standard but no more I guess. They would be very happy I'm sure if people never follow up! Then they would not volunteer to make things right! No more for me!

I had moved since my last order, and I couldn't change the address online. I called and changed the address and placed the order for a $184 item. They sent it to my old address and now it will take several days to process a refund. Totally disappointed in such incompetence. Find somewhere else to shop!
Answer: They tell u how long u hv to activate that phone! It's called 'pay attention'. I've been with them over 15 yrs. I do a lot of shopping online. Can't beat the returns or customer service. Watch ur items for 30 day price decrease. They refund the difference! I hv a blast getting $$ back.
