I had been with hsn for over 30 years. Their policies and service have gone downhill. I won't trust them. They really have departments that don't have a clue of what they are doing. I will only use Qvc and Zuilly from this day forward. They will ship anywhere and hsn won't. Double check your orders because they will cancel your order and just send you an email about it the next day. It's unbelievable! During these last 2 yrs, you become dependent on ways to shop that are out of the norm. I'm not sure what has happened to them. But apparently their shipping policies are different than Qvc and Zuilly and for the worse.
Tip for consumers:
Double check addresses with them because otherwise they cancel your order and you have to call the "verification " department to find out why it's been canceled. Kinda seems backwards to me but hey, let's not be logical hsn!

When I used the virtual assistant to cancel a reservation, they canceled all. When you call, it's international calling. Charged 236 dollars for call and lost my Christmas reservation. Cost me an extra 400 dollars to replace. Stop lining the pockets of scammers.
