Be ware of bate and switch with this company, I bought a $4000. 00 door with this company, after doing my measurement. When it came it has the wrong holes to fit in. I decided to exchange it but they don't have the same door with the correct holes to fit it. So. Yes I decided to retuen it. Well! Well! Well! The good bate and switch they charge me $525.29 for a return fee. At first I thought it was a joke but boy I was wrong. The first bad experience started when they delivered the door, I paid extra for in house delivery buy they delivered it on my drive way blocking my wife's cars. When I called them they said oh it's a curb side delivery... I will never do business with these bunch of crooked people that dealt with this transaction and please be aware if you are buying anything from them. Don't fall for it, learn from me. TERRIBLE AND BAD TASTE...
I bought a recliner and wanted to return it. I rec'd an email saying they didn't want it back. I donated it. Then they wanted it. Tracked it down, sent it back and now they are not refunding my money saying it was damaged but cannot prove it was damaged. They are Horrible. So I paid $3200 and have nothing. Snotty customer service reps too.

We ordered chairs over 3 months ago still no chairs. After about 10 calls we heard evert lie they could think of. I believe they are trained to lie. They wouldn't even give us the satisfaction of a suitable substitute. We went to Amazon with complete satisfaction.
I actually ended up returning the item as it was too low and just slightly too small for my living room. The Houzz staff has stayed in touch about the return, and I am just waiting for my credit now. The item, a boucle white ottoman was really nice quality.
Your options do not apply to me. Yes I have the lamp but the finial is incorrect. So it's not the right order as pictured. So, send me a corrected lamp or a new finial. And if you are unsure what a finial is then allow me to explain.

I order a mailbox with custom home address laser cut on the front of the mailbox. It is a contemporary style mailbox with stainless steel accents. The quality of the mailbox is exceptional. I could not have asked for better customer service. They kept me informed of every step of the process. They emailed me today that they would delivery my order today. I then opened the door and it was on my porch. I would recommend Houzz to everyone. A plus product and A plus service.
We ordered a 72" charcoal grey vanity, and we received a 60" midnight blue vanity. We are trying to get a refund but as of today we still have not received a refund and Houzz is saying that the delivery company has to verify we sent back the wrong vanity, but the delivery company has not done so to date. Very frustrating. I do not think I will ever order anything from Houzz again.

Although there was no physical damage to the outside packaging, three of the glass shades for the lamp were shattered. The packaging was appropriate. Consequently the breakage should not have occurred.

We ordered a leather sectional, it was also being sold at costco so we figured it was good quality because Costco's return policy is so customer friendly. After we ordered the sectional, we looked at the houszz reviews and sort of panicked! We thought that we might be in for it! But the sectional did arrive almost on the date promised and it is beautiful. When we saw it was going to be late, we called the customer service line and they were very responsive and helpful, and made sure we were satisfied. I can't say anything bad about this company as we got a screaming deal on our sectional and it is gorgeous!
I made an attempt to look into Houzz services for a particular job. However, our company decided not to go forward with the services and canceled the services. I ordered a lamp from Houzz & when it came, the harp & finial were missing. I really liked the lamp & only wanted the missing parts. I called & asked for the missing parts rather than having to go through the hassle of returning the lamp. The last contact I had from Houzz was that they had been in contact with the vendor & that the parts would be shipped & I would be contacted when they are shipped. That was almost a week ago, but apparently the vendor hasn't shipped the parts yet. I've been trying for over 2 weeks to get the parts. At this point, I feel I'll either have to return the lamp or find some parts that will work myself. I feel I've been given the runaround for 2 weeks!
I bought furniture from Houzz, now it is not delivering until the 23rd which is too late. The order was not processed for days. I emailed them, emailed the seller, called the seller and nobody would help me. 72 hour response time is the quote. Then when I chatted with Houzz and I was being respectful the chat person told me they have 72 hours to respond and ended the chat without closing out with me. Buyer beware do not purchase from Houzz. Terrible terrible customer service.
Ordered picture frames with wall hangers, all frames came in with NO wall hangers. I sent them a picture showing that there were no wall hangers. It's a month and I'm still waiting for my refund. Houzz still has not changed the picture on there website. I will stick with Amazon.
Houzz is a fake. I wrote a legitimate review of a company I used to remodel my kitchen. They were horrible. The didn't know what they were doing from installing my new dishwasher to absolutely ruining the backsplash they installed. I never saw my review of the company so I am convinced that companies pay Houzz and only post the 5* reviews. Houzz charges the companies on their site an annual fee. No wonder you don't see any bad reviews of these companies!

Jim and the JRC staff were very professional through the entire large asphalt project. Jim is very knowledgeable an understands the engineering of asphalt and water drainage. Everything Jim said he would do was done exactly as stated and extremely neat and professional resulting in a great looking job.
I ordered a dresser from Houzz. It was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks. It is now a month late and I've had to continuously call them for updates instead of being notified. Their delivery service Lodeso is the worst. They were rude and very inflexible after I've been waiting so long. They told me they could only deliver my dresser on a certain Tuesday between 10 and 2 (after being guaranteed it would arrive the Friday before) so I had to take off work to wait for the delivery. Delivery never came. When I contacted Lodeso, they guaranteed it would arrive between 1 and 4 and there's nothing they could do. So I now missed a day of work for no reason and have been stuck waiting in the apartment the entire day and the dresser still has not arrived. Customer service has been terrible. DO NOT USE HOUZZ OR LODESO!

No one purchased, the couple of calls I received were people wanting to USE my service for ideas. I have since discontinued complimentary initial appointments. They are SO low they have gone into the photos of the pros, look for a product they have that might be similar to something they sell and lead them away from the pro. The 1-2 stars you see here are the reviews for "Houzz" and their service but the reviews under a Pro are for that Pro. Don't be fooled... If you want the job done right, call the Pro! Listen to these reviews of Houzz and you won't get burned. Two different animals completely!
