Hotelwiz

Hotel is okay for the money, the 1st night we were put in a room where the A/C didn't work and it was nasty, was told at first no other suites were available. After staying in the room a few hours called to complain but then told they did have another king suite right next door & we were moved to a new room. Suggestions, please be more thorough with cleaning, & the elevator should be cleaned as well, floor, walls were not cleaned at all during my four day stay. Breakfast bar was okay for a small hotel. Coffee was good.

Very pleased with everything! Convenient location close to I-85 & COSTCO. 24 hour coffee in the lobby, professional staff, good hot breakfast, clean & comfortable beds. (Coffee could be better. It had an aftertaste that could've been caused by the water.)

Horrible and terrible
Can't modify reservations at all even if you book early and someone from hotel wiz tried to request money from a different account of mine sayin it was for the hotel I don't even know how they got my other account information and they don't answer the customer service site just hangs up on you so you can't get into anybody and when you do, they're not very nice and they're very rude. I do not recommend this at all stay away from hotel wiz!

With 4-5 sites they have the lowest price of the hotel I needed to stay in. No hassle, just straight discounts. Will use again.

Was a bit concerned when Google showed a substantial savings from some better known sites, but looked at the reviews and felt more comfortable. I made same day reservations, saved a good amount, no issues checking in. Would definitely use Hotelwhiz again!

I booked a hotel with the dates I wanted, but unfortunately didn't notice they were changed (not by me!) before hitting PAY. A second later I realized the mistake but too late, this company has no flexibility in the correction process. They changed my dates, I didn't. I paid for a room I won't even check into. BEST TO CALL A HOTEL DIRECTLY

We arrived late from driving all day. The guy at reception was very nice and we got a better rate thru Hotelwiz. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Great water pressure in the shower too.

We have stayed at the Las Brisas Hotel many times. It took a while to figure out that the Sonder was the same place. It was also unclear whether we were to check in with a real person at the front desk (our preference) or figure out getting into our room ourselves (as was necessary at the Sonder we know in Brooklyn). We suggest telling potential customers that Sonder has acquired the Las Brisas and that it welcomes back patrons of the old Las Brisas.

Not much to say, But I never heard of Hotelwiz before.The experience was just fine. I like the price you had.
