The hotel suite I booked was at least 50% cheaper than any of the other booking sites. My room key and the welcome gifts were available for me at the concierge upon check in. The rooftop pool and hot tub were welcome perks on a weekend full of 90-degree days.

The room was very spare, but clean. There was a chokingly strong air freshener somewhere that made the room smell heavily of chemical/floral "fragrance".
There was only a full bed and it was supposed to be a queen, but we're too tired to argue and just wanted to sleep.
The staff were all very, very nice. With the exception of the young Indian gentleman asking about the tv… we will have another story to add to our tales
Easy peasy - no problems getting around the site. I changed the search in the middle to see if there was a better deal and found something more than adequate for a pretty decent price. Booking was a snap, especially for a first time. Hopefully everything down the line will be just as great!
Loved the room and location. Everything was as expected. Really enjoyed. However, was very afraid of falling I. The tub during the shower. Needs more safety devices. Slid on the bottom of the tub. Nothing to hang onto on back wall and no step/seat to place a foot higher.
My wife fell ill the day we were supposed to travel to visit her dying father. I called customer service well before check-in and asked to move the reservation back three days. The representative claimed that they could not change or refund the reservation amount. The first line at the top of their website reads Free Cancellation. When I asked for further explanation I was met with very rude responses. I eventually asked to speak to a supervisor and was left on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up. Use any other service out there. This company has no interest in customer service, only in customer money.
Please don't ever use this company for any travel. I booked something online and then they charged my card more than the agreed price. Awful customer service and just an overall pain to deal with. Only use reputable companies. I'm sure all of their reviews that are good have to be fake
The site changed my date, I called right away and the lady told me that it was impossible for that to happen and there is nothing they can do! She said it is not refundable or changeable. Will NEVER use this site again. Booked through hotel directly so now have double paid!
Booked the place because it had an indoor pool. Pool was closed. Room was very dusty, dirty,stained sheets, stained towels, bathtub drain very slow, and what looked like in the bathroom door a crap smear. I would fire the housekeeper crew that doesn't know how to clean.
The Entire Staff is extremely disrespectful. I was hung up on at least 10 times. They did all of this in front of Hotel Staff. It took me over 3 hours to check In because this company didn't pay the hotel. Don't do business with these people.
You need to remind your housekeepers to not unplug fridges when cleaning rooms or leaving rooms the fridge should always be plugged in so it is cold when the guest gets there... Fridge was room temperature actually warmer and full of water from I guess a defrost if you're housekeepers are going to defrost make sure to plug in after and clean up all water, beds were really really really squeaky and moved along the floor getting into them. The overall cleanliness of the room was excellent.
Absolutely easy to use, process & went without a hitch.
Hotel was poor, dirty and with bugs.
Slept in my car.
Charged for the room no cancellations and no refund.
But, you did get what they promised you a room.

Room if just ok. No view, no nothing but room alone But no service at all. No Wi-Fi. We've charge so much on parking 50 overnight and nothing at all but room. Be careful with the valet they will suck you up. Better self park. No freebies Not even free coffee and water and Ice compared to other hotel.
Good hotels and with higher start Rank has better service price or lower but had good service.
Although I paid for the reservation the full price in advance the hotel doesn't know about my Reservation code number HGGWP******* and i loose my money.

I made reservations on Friday, with free cancellation till Sunday. We were traveling, so, when I realized we were not gonna be in that area, on the same day I made reservations, I started calling to cancel. NEVER got anyone on the phone. Called several times till 8 pm Saturday night. Finally emailed them and they said was too late to cancel, which, according to the cancellation policy, it was not. NEVER got a "live agent", just recordings, with no option to cancel, or email. First and only time to use them. We paying for a room we never used. They are horrible! Oh, they said I could get a letter from the hotel saying we didn't stay and maybe that would work, however, there was no phone number on their website to call them. Still trying to email hotel to see if can get letter to forward to them.no luck yet...DO NOT RECOMMEND
A premium room was booked and paid for in April. In June we got an email telling us that the premium room was not available and that we had been downgraded - same price, crappy room. A 15 minute long distance phone call to try to correct the situation proved to be pointless. They blamed the problem on the supplier. They actually told me I should have called the hotel and booked directly with them. Wow. Just wow.
When we arrived at the hotel they didn't have our reservation - quite unnerving in a foreign country, after driving for 4 hours and exhausted. They told us they didn't have any rooms left. They eventually found a place for us, but it did not have the Eiffel Tower view, as was advertised on your site in both writing and picture. They said the site should not have advertised as such. I booked this room specifically for this once-in-a-lifetime view, and instead was looking at a building.
Rented room for tenant who was displaced due to water leak. When he arrived at the motel, he was too frightened for his safety to even get out of his care and refused to check in. When I called the try to cancel the reservation, I was informed that it was no refundable. Under the circumstances, it ought to have been refunded. Terrible customer service of "too bad, so sad"
Worse experience of life. From check in to check out was not pleased with my purchase. At. Check in was told there was 100$ deposit and had run my card. Ok. Ran it 3 times. That's 300 deposit. In which won't be cleared is 4 7 business days. I'm out 300 for week. Ok. Was trying to tell him he charged my card 3 times but he said he's not listening and I can leave his establishment so I proceeded to get access to my room in which was not clean and given another room. Horrible horrible rooms mold in the bathroom cigarettes things on the tub cigarette holes in the bedspread... one outlet works. So about this time 11:00 12:00 I just go to bed. To wake up to the manager opening my door and hollering at me asking if my room was clean see what she knows he's the one that showed me to my room. At that moment decided to leave but it's not over they need me to call and give my credit card number back to him so they can run it for the deposit. Not happy
The front desk receptionist had a difficult time finding our reservation because they were not familiar with this site. Eventually they figured it out and everything worked out. Would use again but hope they sort out that type of issue with hotels for easier checkin—even though i showed them my confirmation email—it wasnt in their system.
False advertisement: after I made my hotel booking, part of the special offer disappeared. No comment from Hotelwiz ppl when I asked. They took the money quickly though. Will post my displeasure with Hotelwiz on social media so this hopefully doesn't happen to anyone else.
