Horrible and terrible
Can't modify reservations at all even if you book early and someone from hotel wiz tried to request money from a different account of mine sayin it was for the hotel I don't even know how they got my other account information and they don't answer the customer service site just hangs up on you so you can't get into anybody and when you do, they're not very nice and they're very rude. I do not recommend this at all stay away from hotel wiz!

This is our Hotel Experience. First of all, hotel has a strange, unpleasant odor in the hallways and elevator. Our room was just ok.
There was a stink bug flying around the window in our room. The included breakfast is a scam. It's a paper bag in the front lobby, with a tiny muffin, and a fruit cocktail cup. Their Coffee is a disaster. The cream curdled. Never
Again!

Very pleased with everything! Convenient location close to I-85 & COSTCO. 24 hour coffee in the lobby, professional staff, good hot breakfast, clean & comfortable beds. (Coffee could be better. It had an aftertaste that could've been caused by the water.)

Although I haven't arrives at my hotel yet, which will be in a few days, HW immediately emailed me the confirmation and the agreed upon price. They actually are the cheapest across the board for this reservation. I hope to use their service again

I enjoyed my stay at Virgin Hotel by Hilton Las Vegas. The entire hotel was very clean, new and trendy. Plenty of food options. I enjoyed using the gym, spa and juice bar upstairs. Casino & bars definitely get a bit smokey and noisy at night but that's to be expected. Location is in a more quiet area off the strip very close to the airport. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfy. Loved the crystal themed lobby and Palo Santo toiletries.

Booking was easy and more affordable then all other options for the night we were looking at. Only issue was there is no option to include that we needed a pet friendly room, so I had to contact the hotel myself and let them know.

Hotel is okay for the money, the 1st night we were put in a room where the A/C didn't work and it was nasty, was told at first no other suites were available. After staying in the room a few hours called to complain but then told they did have another king suite right next door & we were moved to a new room. Suggestions, please be more thorough with cleaning, & the elevator should be cleaned as well, floor, walls were not cleaned at all during my four day stay. Breakfast bar was okay for a small hotel. Coffee was good.

Thought I'd give these guys a try after using so many others in the past. Must say they were quick, easy, and absolutely had the best prices! Will check with them first in the future. Thanks for a great experience!

Easy-to-use and nice clean rooms, friendly staff... We got stuck at the airport and needed a place right away. Can't get to the family for Christmas. Thank you white X mas!, now at this hotel. Not happy but glad that we got a room here... feel worm and safe...

The website was easy to use. I could book at any hotel for good prices. In fact, it details the total price for all nightly stays. There were also details on what payments are accepted and notified me in advanced on whether an ID is required (which it is).

Once confirmed, I immediately received an email with all needed info. Upon arrival at the hotel there were no questions, no issues. They had all of my information... only needed proof of identity and card for Incidentals.

I was able to book a room thru these guys for $50 per night I usually pay $94 + fees/taxes for. I found them on Google and was hesitant as it seemed "too good to be true". I'm shocked at the ease of doing business and even more shocked at the continued correspondence from them to make sure I got in and checked in alright and had no concerns I guess to ensure repeat business... which they'll definitely be getting from me!

This site is so user-friendly, and booking my reservation was super easy! It literally took less than two minutes, just as the website said. Also the company called the hotel prior to my arrival to ensure I had a reservation!

This experience was Excellent! Customer service has been outstanding and provide a great price.

Was a bit concerned when Google showed a substantial savings from some better known sites, but looked at the reviews and felt more comfortable. I made same day reservations, saved a good amount, no issues checking in. Would definitely use Hotelwhiz again!

I've done research before I actually picked.
This is by far the BEST deals that I have ever seen. The amount the fast service absolutely no problems at all in retrieving my confirmation code. I am so grateful for this HotelWiz. It was affordable and helped out tremendously when on a budget.

AND, 3 of us are NC State Univ. Graduates. Memories, jokes and lies … Second night at Homewood Suites and accommodations could not have been better! Reservation exercise thru Hotelwiz was straightforward and painless. Will use again on trip home.

They advertise "free cancellation" directly on their homepage, but upon booking it is disclosed that cancellation depends upon the hotel's policy (and is many times non-refundable). They list prices that do not include resort fees, so whatever price you pay gets additional charges added on once you arrive at the hotel. And of course, since there is a non-flexible cancellation policy, there's no choice but to pay those fees or lose out on all of the money invested into your stay. What is written in the fine print as "optional incidental charges" made to seem like voluntary choices, such as room service, are actually non-negotiable. Any mention of that is either nonexistent, or hidden far down on the page
