I asked for one room for two people. He sold king as only option. Sold protection as if included in nightly quote. Agreed to quote totally unaware of up charge or most expensive room available. Typical salesman.
Edgar did a great job helping me to make a reservation for my nieces wedding. At first, he had the wrong hotel, but when he listed off the address, we figured it out, and he was able to quickly change to the correct hotel in Ohio. He was very helpful.

Tomas was professional and proficient and represented Holiday inn very well! My experience with Tomas was very good but I can't fully enjoy that experience due to having to insert time and effort into this review, it is late at night, i have only one eye and the fact that i have to input 100 characters in order to give Tomas positive review is very annoying!

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
