I spoke with Julio Thursday evening when I was in a pinch trying to get a room in Atlanta, for Thursday night, I was tired and frustrated. He was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. I truly appreciate him and his patience with me, his professionalism, a breath of fresh air! THANKS AGAIN.

Fernando did a great job helping me secure a mobility accessible room close to the downtown Mercy One Hospital in Des Moines. Originally I intended to go to the Holiday Inn, but there were no rooms that met our needs. He searched to find us another room closeby that would work for us. We have a distance to travel to get the medical help we need. It is so much easier when we can have accomodations the day before and day of medical procedures. Thanks

The customer service rep making my reservation was very pleasant but has a very hard time understanding basic English and has a hard time with pronunciations of basic English spelling. Again, very nice but I would prefer to speak with persons with better English skills

Called Asheville Hampton Inn on Brevard road for the coming weekend and spoke with Alex. What a great experience. He was very accommodating and professional.
He covered every detail in the reservation without being all drawn out. He was pleasant and friendly and I appreciated it very much.
Went over my questions on amenities and facility.
