I told her three times not to charge my card and she did it anyway. Then proceeded to sende to someone that wanted to cancel and charge me anyway!
Spoke clearly and his mannerisms was very good. He took time with me and if I didn't understand something he explained it to me.
Gabrielle is a perfect person to work with the public. She immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable by suggesting and working out this alternative hotel arrangement after my chosen hotel was unavailable at a reasonable price. I am a Sr.Citizen and pleased that she assured me she would call me right back if we were disconnected. Thank you for her wonderful assistance.

I thought it was speaking directly to the hotel. When I was quoted a price when it went through on my card, it was not the same price as I was quote
She was pleasant and helpful, I made a request and she assured me that she noted it. It is greatly appreciated. I have an 89 year old mother and requested adjoining rooms.

Called directly to make Reservations at Manhattan Beach Residence Inn… Loved actually talking to a live person that was so helpful & professionally knowledgeable about what I wanted regarding my stay at Residence Inn. We have stay at Residence Inn for many many years & have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!
I was told I could change my reservation but the insurance said it had to be medical or job related. I asked if my niece open mor rooms I could change my reservations. Now my niece has canceled the wedding. The insurance doesn't cover this.

Thought I was talking to hotel directly, not some scammy trap to get hotel reservations not directly from the hotel. I was stupid not to hang up on them but anxious to get reservation for friends coming from overseas. Never again. Price went up during conversation (oh, looks like a block of rooms was just sold), had to accept one day penalty to cancel on a 2 day stay weeks away... think they even charged me for some dubious cancellation thing besides. My fault but what scum... should have hung up

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
