I made a reservation on the phone. I realized that I made it by mistake and called back in less than one minute to cancel. The charge of the room was $292.32. After cancelling, I received only $77.33 back. I lost $214.99 in less than a minute..
Setting up reservation was easy. The stay on the other hand was disappointing

Irene was very patient, and kindly researched several possibilities for my son, who I thought would be stranded at LaGuardia in NYC and need a hotel room. She was so sweet and helpful! In the end, his flight was rebooked, and he did not need a room.
