I called to make a reservation at Marriott but quickly found out they didn't accept pets, so Mark was able to make me a reservation at the Hilton instead and he was very helpful!

You did not listen, significantly effecting me. Let me explain, You booked the wrong amount of children, not with the block that I requested, and I didn't get the discounted rate that I was supposed to. This caused for them to have to cancel the reservation when I called back and this caused for that 200 something dollars that I saved to be on hold for 5-10 business days and they wouldn't help me with a voucher either. What you do and how you do it affects people. This reservation isn't a vacation and I don't have a bunch of Money. I am booking this bc I live across the state and my son is swimming at State for his highschool. I can't miss this and your mistake has created a significant bump in the road.

I asked if this was a third party reservation. Julio said NO! So he lied! When I checked in they said I booked through Expedia. The rate is higher than their website. Now I understand why he gave a discount when I questioned the rate and said I would just do it online. I paid more than I should have. Shame on you!

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
