Marsha did an outstanding job getting my wife and I a senior rate for the suite we will be using in August with our kids and grandkids. Extreme friendly and efficient.
The hotel could find no evidence of the reservation. We called hotelplanning.com, but the agent was of no help with finding the reservation. I requested cancellation of the charge since no reservation could be found. I have spoken with the credit card company about disputing any charge.

I was not able to fully understand the person booking my reservation because of his heavy accent and was not told this was a third party reservation booking. NOTE: I was not forwarded the confirmation information until after the phone call ended, whereby it indicated no refund. I WANT TO CANCEL THIS RESERVATION!
Jorge was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient and kind. The room was a little pricey but we've stayed here 6 yrs ago so went ahead and booked it. Thanks to Jorge for all his help!

I was cheated by this organization. When I found out that my reservation was non-refundable and that I was charged for a refund plan. I spent two hours calling to get a refund for the ticket, instead I got an email that says I will only get credit versus a refund. I don't want credit, I want my money back $612.66.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
