Marga assisted us very well. I am hopeful that the hotel will give us the room we requested. I appreciate giving someone a review but I don't appreciate being forced to write a book about my experience.

The hotel I wanted for a conference was all sold out. The sister hotel also said sold out in the website which means I would have to drive 20 minutes to and from the conference. I called the sister hotel spoke with Lauren who stated they had rooms available and she booked me with the discounted rate! I'm so happy now when I want a break from the conference I walk across the street and I'm there. Perfect

Called for a room at her hotel & they were booked but she immediately checked the area & found us one of the last rooms in town, booked it over the phone & we arrived with a hotel room within the hour. She was our hero! Thank you from your friends from Northern Michigan

I requested a rate for the block of rooms for Sister's Scrapbooking which I told the agent is $90. I thought the total she gave me was high. She said the with $90 a night is including all taxes and fees. I just got my confirmation email and she charged me $141 a night! What a scam! I'm so pissed. I'll be getting some money back one way or another!

Not helpful, rude, hung up on multiple times. Would never use a hotel from this chain again due to customer service. Majority of the hotel locations are flop houses and run down

Emiliano was VERY nice, however, I didn't get the help I needed. I don't have a RESERVATION. Thus the problem... I was shuttled from one wrong place to another by two(2) different people. I'm going to try again! 😵‍💫 😂

I really appreciated the time and effort given in helping me find an affordable hotel. I've never traveled to Massachusetts before, and the lady who spoke with me on the phone was incredibly helpful and supportive, and made me laugh!

Jacob Raffit helped me tonight and he was a rock star! We needed a pwt friendly reservation for tonight after our original reservation turned out to be at a hotel that was closed for renovation. Very nice, super helpful, got us a what we needed!

Claudio was very enjoyable to talk with. She took care to ensure my specific reservation information was understood at my destination hotel by calling and confirming information omitted by reservation agent. Although this may or may not be of any significance upon my check-in, her taking time and showing concern to act on the matter was admirable.

Lady was nice but felt like I was being rushed a little when asking questions. I'm very southern and older. She wasn't southern or slow talking so hard to understand someone talking fast. But when I asked her to repeat she would slow down. I would never want an employee reprimanded but she just needs to slow down a little. Lol

Luis Miguel was kind, efficient and polite. He helped with finding the room that best fit my needs and repeated back to me my agreement

Bethany Jane was super awesome. I have never been to Lava Hot springs before so I didn't know who to call however I found a number online and Bethany Jane answered I got KOA, which was not what I needed, but she quickly helped me giving me three different numbers and telling me about each hotel so I could get what I needed. Thanks for your awesome performance.

She did a wonderful job. She save us some money & explained everything clearly. I will certainly call again to make reservations instead of doing it on line.

Called and spoke to someone specifically about their being a pool because I'm taking my kids and some sites showed a pool and some did not. The person I spoke with said "yeah! There's a pool". I've come to find out that the entire reason we booked it (the pool) Is unavailable. Worthless waste of money!

Hugo is an amazing employee, I was so pleasantly surprised to have someone in his position who was so professional, helpful, kind and courteous! I give him the highest accolades!

I was trying to ask when was the latest time that we could for check out instead of answering henkust kept circling around questions about my stay. He gave me a rate and told me It would be available but cost would be up to the front desk?
