Gustavo was very proactive in finding me another place to stay in Rockland for me and my grandson. First, there was no availability at the Comfort Inn and he got us a room at the Best Western instead.

I initially gave this accompany a good review. The person who assisted me in making the reservation was kind and helpful. Whenever we went to check into the hotel, it did not exist. I called and was pretty much told too bad and was promptly hung up on. So sad we'll book you something else somewhere else at additional cost to me. These are unethical. Do not use them. The only reason I gave them a one star rating is because they would not accept a zero.
Diego was great & very helpful with my booking. He answered all my questions and made sure I got a room even late on a Friday night.
