The lady I spoke to was kind, courteous, and gave me a lot of assistance. The hotel I wanted was booked and so she booked me into another hotel which saved me time.
Representive was very helpful and friendly. He provided excellent customer service and in my opinion is an asset to the company. Kudos to him!

After trying several times unsuccessfully to book a reservation in the last few weeks, I was determined to get it done today.
Tarah answered and had such a kind and welcoming voice. We are both faith filled women and had the most beautiful conversation. She made my reservation even though the block of rooms were gone. She went out of her way to accomodate me and truly made my day by her kindness and beautiful spirit. She is a HUGE asse to you! If every one of your employees lead with love like Tarah, our world would truly be a better place!

Calling the corporate office. The customer service has been horrible. I have been hung up on three time. Trying to get my confirmation number but guess what I can't get it with out having it. This place is absolutely ridiculous. Having to google the corporate number to have someone actually help. Seriously train your staff more.
Stephanie was an exceptional help and wonderful to chat with this morning. She was upbeat, personable, and kind. Grateful for her help!

Not helpful, rude, hung up on multiple times. Would never use a hotel from this chain again due to customer service. Majority of the hotel locations are flop houses and run down

I called to make a reservation but since I have a dog holiday inn express could not accommodate me.
