I asked for one room for two people. He sold king as only option. Sold protection as if included in nightly quote. Agreed to quote totally unaware of up charge or most expensive room available. Typical salesman.

I have never been to Lava Hot springs before so I didn't know who to call however I found a number online and Bethany Jane answered I got KOA, which was not what I needed, but she quickly helped me giving me three different numbers and telling me about each hotel so I could get what I needed.
