Edgar was awesome and made the transaction so easy! Very pleasant gentleman to work with! I had tried to make the reservation online but had difficulty doing so and so I called the hotel and Edgar did the work for me.

We are Hilton Honors Members and frequently book reservations at the Hampton Inn Williamsburg Square. Today we booked 2 separate reservations with Joyce, who was friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful as we had several requests related to being handicapped. She was EXCELLENT!

When I decided to call the hotel directly, my hotel stay was only a little over $600 and that my government rate was never applied with Dealora. She lied and I canceled my reservation immediately

Pleasant, cordial and accommodating! Each time we visit, it is always pleasurable! The rooms are comfortable and the food is delicious!

Humberto (when specifically ask, said he was not working for 3rd party reservation company that he was working for the hotel directly and the charge was $278. When we checked in the actual hotel cost was $129. And hotel staff said he was NOT their employee. You agency teaches their staff to lie and steal

I called NINE different phone numbers to try and get customer service support and NO-ONEcould get me an answer, I did not get a confirmation email so I don't have that number. Anna did nothing for me!

Excellent service, Luis was kind, helpful and extremely polite. Will definitely use hotelplanner again for our stays in Owosso, MI!
