I don't think I was on the phone for 5 minutes. Eriberto processed my reservation, answered all my questions and closed out the process with a professional and sincere wish for me to have a safe and enjoyable weekend ๐๐ผ
Julio was so helpful, we are coming to Superior to visit a very sick cancer family member! So grateful Julio will try to get us in our room early.he was just the best customer service ever!

Carlos lied to me and said this booking was fully refundable. He also did not tell me I would be charged immediately. I will never use this service again.
I was freaking out trying to book a hotel room bcoz most hotels in my budget range were full due to Valentine's Day. Timothy was helpful & kind and offered alternatives etc.
I called to inquire about booking a reservation. The rep that I spoke to explained that I could cancel the reservations 48 hours prior to check-in without any penalties. However, when I receive the confirmation email it stated that my reservation was nonrefundable. When I explained to her with the email said she hung up on me. I called back and requested to speak to a manager and the rep that I spoke to said someone would give me a call.
We live out of state and I wanted a hotel close to the hospital since my grandpa is currently on hospice there. Carlos was extremely friendly and helped me get a room reserved so that I have one less thing to worry about as we go through a difficult time. You never know what other people are going through and kindness truly goes a long way!
I was rattled because we had to change our dates for reservations from another hotel.
Saliva was excellent at setting us up at a hotel. She took time to talk to me and clear up any questions.

Needed a hotel room for a family with their child in the hospital and Mel helped me get everything together for them. She made the experience pleasant and was very quick to answer any questions I had. I appreciate her and all she did.
My experience was horrible Joleen sounded like a robot and continued reading a script instead of talking normal. She kept me on the line for over 30 minutes and did not help me at all.

The helper "Jolene" was clearly AI. Although the bot attempted to speak in a friendly manner it was clearly scripted and robotic. Also pitch changed in some instances which was annoying.

Noe was gracious, kind, and very helpful. I truly appreciated the time he spent thoughtfully answering my questions. I hope that Hilton Hotels will not use automated/Ai systems to answer customers questions. It does a dis service to your hotels.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
