The fellow who helped me did not give me one rate and then change it three minutes later. He was honest, helpful, and patient with my questions. He helped us get what we needed for a decent cost.
Michael was excellent in describing the details of my reservation and included adjustments i needed for the reservation. I appreciated his ability to adjust my request in a prompt fashion with all my needs satisfied. Will no doubt use their services in the future, as a result!

I asked Ricardo to confirm the cancellation policy. He told me there would be no charge if canceled by 1/26/2026. When I received the confirmation email, it reads there is a cancelation charge of 1 night if canceled by 1/26/2026. This is the opposite of what he told me.

All questions not answered before disconnected. I called back to speak with a representative and I explained that I was booking online and it looks like the website is their direct site is about $20 cheaper than what he was quoting me. He said that the site is over booking people and it's not their website so I asked him which website is the third-party site that he is speaking of. He told me to look at the bottom of my phone to see and I explained to him I was on the survey so I can't see where I was right now. I explained I am on Hotel planner doing the survey that they sent me. He said that is the third-party site that I am on, but I explained I am taking survey so I'm not able to see where I was getting the pricing from for him to allow me a moment to go back to the previous page.He hung up the phone. I will be staying at Hilton or somewhere else. This person should definitely not be working in hospitality.

Mr Julio Antonio was very helpful. Last year I used a booking website with a private company and my reservation confirmation was confusing. Calling directly Mr Julio Anthony helped me pick my room and offered a discount. He was very reassuring and friendly.

I'm technically illiterate and Sativa was very kind, helpful and patient with me. She also told me how to cancel the room.

The agent (Kith Jumhil) was very helpful and did an excellent job helping me book/reserve my room. The only problem was the rate that was charged. Expedia advertised the room at $63 for one-night stay. Agent added a $26 commission for Sitejabber. This review is to alert people to make sure you are dealing directly with Expedia or call the motel directly. If not, you may find yourself paying an extra commission to a middleman.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
