I'm very disappointed on how they change the flights I book to a later time that makes me miss out on time at my travelled locations.

I do not believe I will ever use or recommend hopper to anyone.

Saved Big!

Got an email at 3:30 am regarding a flight I was considering stating the fare had dropped from $918.00 to $623.00. I jumped on that RT flight. Good thing, because 3 hours later it was up to $1278.00. Unbelievable the games the airlines play with prices!

Thank you Hopper for helping me save big $$$!

CC Hacked Thru App

USER BEWARE: my CC information was hijacked using this app while using my secure work WiFi.

Six days following the ($1,276.70) fraudulent charges made to my account (3 flights on another airline to another city on the date of my booking)... I'm still waiting for the bank's investigation to conclude and released my funds. Notification was made immediately to customer service, still no resolution.

Getting quite grumpy....

Last minute flight

I was literally trying to book this same flight on American Airlines website and they had no 7pm return flights available and all the evening return flights were up to $400 or more dollars. I came back to check hopper and the flight was there for $216! I hopped as fast as I could to keep this deal!!! Thanks Hopper

Hopper used to be a giant savings tool, but in the past year or two, I have wasted way over a thousand bucks by waiting when they said to wait- prices never got lower. I'm deleting this travesty off my phone after the last straw- what should have been a $350 trip became a $650+ trip- ON FRONTIER AND SPIRIT! The end. Goodbye.

DO NOT USE HOPPER

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH HOPPER. When Hurricane Dorian hit it demolished the house I was supposed to visit yet HOPPER WOULD NOT REFUND MY FLIGHT BOOKED LESS THAN A MONTH AGO AND OVER A MONTH AWAY UNTIL DEPARTURE. When I called Jet Blue they said they would refund according to their policy but I would have to go through my travel agent (Hopper). Hopper told me that was a lie and Jet Blue would never refund my ticket even though THEY WERE THE ONES NOT BEING ACCOMMODATING. Mind you, I also purchased travel insurance on this flight....for what? To get stuck with a partial travel credit I have to use within a year for the same passenger on the same airline to the SAME PLACE. Not to mention my customer service experience was terrible. Would not recommend. EVER.

I've been watching flights to Thailand for 5 months. When I first started watching, tickets were in the mid $500 range, but Hopper "predicted" lower prices. So I waited. Here we are now and tickets are $827. Hopper now says they do not predict lower prices and to buy now. It seems to me that it is like that this app is designed by the airline companies to trick you into passing up the deals. Don't waste your time with this app, go to one of those cheap flight websites and get the real deals.

Booked a flight through them that was cancelled by the airline a few weeks after. Tried contacting Hopper to get my money back (since I talked to the airline and they confirmed my money was refunded back to Hopper) but I could not reach them & never received my money back. I Sent them over 4 emails and even used their chat, no response at all... (& of course they dont have any customer service number you can call to...) Finally, I had to dispute the transaction w my Bank to have my money back. Do not book w them, worst experience ever!!!!

One of my favourites. Only thing would be if you could add the airport codes when it's to a specific airport in a city with multiple airports. Ie LON could be LGW, LHR, etc. especially if you're setting alerts for multiple dates to different airports in the same city. Fantastic app.

No customer service

So the app is pretty good with booking
Easy to use but i found a hard time contacting customer service im not even sure if they have any during the weekend which i think they ahould

So i made a mistake with the name on the reservation and I needed to contact them unfortunately the only way to contact them is through the app and in a chat that cant take hours to get a response which i guess make sense since they said it typically takes few hours but its been 7 hours now! Now sure i still have few days till my flight but the prices are increasing if for whatever reason they couldn't fix it i have to buy another ticket which it could cost me 50-100$ more than what the old ticket costed me i just hope you guys get a better customer service 24/7live chat and if possible add a phone number so people can call you

Developer response told me to use the chat to resolve my issue of not being able to get a reply on the chat!!! ONCE AGAIN I STATE:. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR FLIGHT FROM HOPPER!!!! The time delay in a reply if you can even get through the chat or email was THREE DAYS in my experience! I currently cant even log in to the username i purchased my flight though. Its a good thing i saved the email and remembered all my flight info. I was able to find it through the airline.

No customer service

I went on hopper to look for a hotel I continued to book it when I got to the pay screen it told me not to close page or press back. So I didn't do neither but when the circle stopped spinning & said their was a problem with my payment. So I tried again & nothing... same issue happened again. So I ended up booking with a different website & when I looked at my checking account hopper took my money for the hotel. But I didn't receive a confirmation number in my email or anything when I try looking for it on my app. I tried contacting someone from customer service like it says but i can't because it doesn't show my trip in my app. Then when I message the customer service area it says it takes a few HOURS to get back to me. Funny that it will take a few HOURS to get back to me so I can cancel my booking but doesn't take a few HOURS to take my money. I have written them 5 messages & still nothing
