Ease of booking was great, but if flights change, Hopper doesn't update your itinerary which defeats the point of having all plans in one place. Fix it. Addendum 12/3: all ticketless Airlines do not update in Hopper.
Have used this app with great ease & savings in the past. However , after one national news report, the site was slow to respond for a few hours. Once capacity is increased, it will be perfect.
Always give me what I'm expecting above price, always predict good fares.
Follow-up to the original comment below - I changed the rating from 1 to 3 because after this post I was finally contacted by someone, who was very polite (though it took another 8hrs before the following reply). I will probably continue to use this service, but more for last-minute bookings so I don't ever have to go through this again.

I bought 2 tickets. One worked well, no issue. The other is a whole other story. I contacted them the only way they seem to indicate possible (through the reservation on the app) and asked if I could switch my flight. They answered promptly and were helpful as I said I'd get back to them with new dates. And that's where it ended. It's been several days I've been messaging them, started 2 other conversations for the same booking because I'm not getting any answers. I could lose my entire booking because of this, and I get high volumes... But several days? So disappointing. Don't bother using this app unless you're *******% sure you won't have to make any changes.
Great service to switch my flight for avoiding a snowstorm delay. Chat updates were great and gave me time estimates as they were busy with other changes because of Thanksgiving travellers and snowstorm. Hassle free friendly service.

The only app I use for flight following! I'm able to save which trips I'd like to watch the prices in, I'm given updates regarding the pricing, and even on when I should purchase the ticket. I don't fly a lot, but this app never leaves my phone!

Usually never have problems with hopper but when I tried to book a flight it took forever to sign in then when I was in, the fare changed then it said there weren't enough seats only to see that the fare went up twice! THEN all of a sudden there were enough seats. I feel like this happened just so they could get the most money. VERY DISAPPOINTED & didn't end up booking anything. FAULTY
I followed the suggestions to wait and book my flight and the information given was NOT correct. The flight price NEVER dropped and I should have purchased the flight before even downloading this app.
First time I called I was on hold waiting for a rep for over an hour before it told me to call back later and just disconnected. I bought a non stop flight leaving at 6:55 am and schedule to arrive at 11:05. (Without any notification of the change) I checked on my reservation through InterJet and the flight is set to leave at 12:05 am, has a 1 hour layover in Mexico City and is scheduled to arrive at 7:45 am. InterJet customer service is just as bad if not worse and my credit card refuses to reverse the payment. I can't get in touch with anyone to receive a refund.
Overall great app! I travel often and track a lot of flights. It would be nice if the Sort by' allowed users the option to choose their own default selection instead of defaulting to "Recommended" each time users viewed flights. Also, would be nice if users had the option to track flights with airlines of their choice and therefore receive notification for those specific airlines instead of just the cheapest flight price with possibly non-popular airlines.
I have been flying for many years out of Houston, Texas where we have two airports. Every single time I have flown out of Houston I arrive at the same airport I departed from when my trip began. So, when I booked my flight with Hopper it did not seem necessary to check the app did its job properly and set my flights up this way. I flew out of Bush (parked my car at Bush) and when I came home I flew into Hobby.
The customer service rep blamed me for not checking the ticket. I spent a large amount of money on a Lyft because of this. Never again.
I've found great deals with Hopper and have traveled to Canada, Sweden and next up Iceland! Thanks Hopper
You have to give them your credit card, which I don't like.
Highly disappointed that hopper almost automatically takes $5 extra when you purchase a ticket.
Tip should require user to actively agree and choose to add one. Adding a $5 charge SHOULD NOT be a default setting.

Answer: File a claim with your bank. They charged me An additional 2 nights after hopper said they would refund my money. Instead they went without my consent n charged me an additional 2 nights. I was robbed for a total of 3 nights. Without being able to contact any support. A total Scam!
Answer: No they are about polar opposite of trustworthy. Run don't walk away from this company. My lesson cost $1435 dollars. If you require customer service look elsewhere they have none. Not even a phone number which is the first red flag.

Answer: DO NOT TRUST THIS APP WHAT SO EVER! They booked 3 nights after I was waiting for my refund. TOTAL SCAM!
