I love the app great with last minute tickets find the best deals with all the airlines you can watch tickets so I enjoy that feature I feel like it a much have easy to book

I wanted to book a hotel because the deal was better than I'd seen anywhere else! Unfortunately, when I booked it I got three different payment errors and my card was charged twice. The chargers were reversed but I couldn't make the reservation. Major let down!

Do not trust Hopper prices. Just google your flight. I found tickets twice cheaper by just regular google search.

If I follow a flight, send me notifications about prices.
If I'm not following a flight, don't send me anything. It's literally that easy. Instead you're sending me ads about flights to completely different cities I've never even searched for. My notifications center is not your billboard.
I have been using hopper for about two years now. I have had no problems and have been pleased with the app. I have never had to change or have had a problem with a booking until now. I had to cancel my trip last moment due to a family emergency, and I reached out to hopper to see if there was anything I can do even though the hotel reservation was "non-refundable". I didn't have any expectations, I just thought I might as well try. It took some time due to hopper not having a phone number, but eventually, "Juan" got back with me and was able to get all the unused nights refunded. I will continue to use hopper for all my flights and hotel reservations and will recommend hopper to anyone who is traveling.
While booking it is not clear how many bags I can check...
Forget expedia, travelocity , etc. This is the third time I am using this app. Better prices than competitors and user friendly. You wont regret it
I love Hopper! I booked a flight to NYC from Vegas ON UNITED for $300 round trip!! And a round trip flight LAS to North Carolina for $200 via Frontier! I never find deals like this on Kayak unless they're for Spirit, which let's be honest no one wants to fly on spirit airlines. The "watch" feature is my favorite because I can start to plan trips months in advance and get notified when prices are great, the predictions are so helpful as well. Thanks to Hopper I can visit more of my friends and save $$ !!
Great for searching for prices but I will never book through the app again. They do not have a customer service phone number. I needed to make changes to my tickets and the only way to get ahold of them is through a chat window in the app. They have very slow response times. I was trying to make a time sensitive change- needed to be changed that day to avoid fees, and they took too long to respond and I did not get to make the changes I needed because of that. The folks in the chat were nice enough, but just poor response times and no room for working with me when they failed to respond to my request in time are not okay. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THE APP!!!
The app told us to keep waiting to buy my flight to Hawaii over Christmas. When the app told me to buy prices were almost $500 more than they were originally and said the price will continue to rise if you wait. Now we are stuck paying $500 more than what we would have originally paid if we hadn't used the app.
This was so easy to use over many of the other travel apps I have used in the past. Hopper found great rates for me and helped me process my travel plans very quickly. When will you be adding rental cars?
I always book my flights with the Hopper App. The time searching online on my own is a lot longer then me clicking on my hopper app. Thank you Hopper for making my search for flights less tedious.
Login problems. Link sent to phone was not a hyperlink. Website couldn't be accessed. Tried to book two tickets and after finally getting in, it only booked one ticket. Great concept. Lousy execution.
hopper isn't letting me login in. the link it sends to my phone is literally making me repeatedly put my phone number and send another link. this is not allowing me to book my flight.
Answer: File a claim with your bank. They charged me An additional 2 nights after hopper said they would refund my money. Instead they went without my consent n charged me an additional 2 nights. I was robbed for a total of 3 nights. Without being able to contact any support. A total Scam!
Answer: No they are about polar opposite of trustworthy. Run don't walk away from this company. My lesson cost $1435 dollars. If you require customer service look elsewhere they have none. Not even a phone number which is the first red flag.
Answer: There is no customer service, no phone number and no one will address your concerns on social media, or through their app.
Answer: DO NOT TRUST THIS APP WHAT SO EVER! They booked 3 nights after I was waiting for my refund. TOTAL SCAM!
