Airline changed a flight time on me, and Tara gave me all the alternative options. She was very helpful.
Hong Kong Air cancelled my flight and Tyler R at customer service made it right. Had some trouble initially not getting call back after leaving my phone number with their automated system. Called back and was told the Schedule Change dept. would call me back within 2 hrs, but no call back. I contacted them and was fortunate to connect with Tyler R who explained everything clearly and was very proactive in getting the issue resolved. Tyler's service was much appreciated!

Hop 2 provided prompt and helpful service to me when our flight was cancelled due to airline strikes. The alternative airport initially proposed didn't suit so they quickly arranged travel for an alternative date reducing the stress cause by the airline cancellation. Would def recommend Hop2 and will use them again for our next trip.

Our flights were canceled due to an airline strike and they were able to find flights for us that did not require us to change any of our bookings with hotels/tours. Even with minimal flexibility on our end, they were able to accommodate our needs without added stress. Thank You.

I had to contact Hop2 because my flight schedule had changed. Tara was very helpful in getting my flights changes to accommodate me. Thank you Tara for all you help.
I had to contact Hop2 several times before my trip to get some info and each time I was able to reach their customer service rep withing minutes.
Not only they were efficient, they did it with such politeness!
When my return flight time changed, Dominic emailed me and informed me 2 days prior to my flight, which I appreciated greatly.
It's hard to find reputable companies and that is the reason I was contacting Hop2 prior to my flight. I wanted them to reassure me that everything is fine since I heard horror stories of people booking flights with some companies only to find out later those flights dont exist and the airline has no record of it.
This is my first time using Hop2 and definitely not last.

They changed the price on me hours after I entered my credit card information and never purchased my ticket. Customer service was rude. This place is a fraud and you will lose money purchasing through them. They also scammed my son on his purchase of extra luggage and he had to pay for his second bag again when we got the the ticket counter.
Hop2 was the cheapest flight to Spain and I was hoping nothing would go wrong after there was a schedule change due to the airline. On the day of travel, we missed our flight in San Francisco and were freaking out at the airport. I couldn't get through on the phone but emailed Tara. She was heaven sent, emailed me back right away and then called with good news. She was awesome, quick and helpful and got us tickets to get to our destination! I am so happy with her and hop2, I couldn't wait to write a review from the airport.

My agent Mr. Denzel was very helpful with the problem that occurred after I booked the ticket. Corrected the date of birth for my mom and helped us get the seats we preferred. From now on I will book only with them. Thank you hop2

It was a great experience, their employee was very helpful and had knowledge of the different rates. Overall the booking procedure didn't take very long, I was impressed and will use them again.
I had a very bad experience both ticketing and customer service.
To start with the ticketing, while booking I tried almost 10times to book the ticket and after payments, nothing was shown on the screen. The specialist on online chat conveyed that the ticket prize was gone high and he asked me to pay the increases prize. After a long discussion, I got the ticket issues with the online prize.
According to my knowledge, every international flight by default have two check-ins, but I ended up paying extra for the second baggage. Regarding this inconvenience, I have posted a review over here. I heard back from Hop2 associates and offered me a refund. I have provided my credit cards payments that indicated the payments I made to the airline which they approved initially and told everything is ready but will only release the funds when the post is deleted.
After all this in and out discussion for nearly 10days, I received a response from them saying the credit card payment documents are not accepted and they cannot refund.
How did they accept them in the first place before deleting the post and after deleting everything fell out?
Now they are not even responding to my emails.
Guys this is a fraud. They only manage to show good reviews from the user and somehow cover up the bad reviews with bad resolutions.
So far so good. It's not so easy to find a perfect ticket and great customer support, I am lucky to find Denzel G. Who is fast responding my many questions and was very patient.
Booked two tickets for myself and my kid for an amazing price, had some emergency few days ago, and guess what? They are following up and doing their best to help and get my refund from the airline. What else can I ask for? Lol =)
Booked 2 tickets to Bali. Received the confirmation right away and pricing was same as displayed on site. No issues at all with flights.

To keep in mind that when the ticket receipt was sent, you shall have gotten two of them: one for us, and the second for the airline.
