How reliable is Hopf2? I just want to make sure my flight doesn't get canceled last minute, or I get a phone call saying my original flight was full.

Hop2 is NOT reliable. They will charge $200 fee even if AIRLINE cancels your flight. Stay Away!

An irregular change is created by the airline operating the flight(s), rather than the agency. Hop2.com role is resumed to negotiating between you and the airline in order to find the most suitable option for you, shall a cancellation occur.
Anyhow, we will notify you right as the change takes place and will work with you until this is fixed.
