I booked a ticket under Hop2 a week ago, the first time I took a leap of faith to purchase from a 3rd party company due to the cheaper ticket price. Little did I know that I would be swindled on fees with downright illegal price discrimination tactics.
Over the phone, the first customer service agent, Cathy, told me that the refund penalty was $300 as British Airline's "administrative fee" to be deducted, and another $75 charged over the phone as a Hop5 "processing fee."
Several hours later, Patrick, the second customer service agent told me that the same "refund penalty" would be $150, and the "processing fee" would be $50 -- with a new fee of $15 as a "carrier penalty."
I feel absolutely cheated by and disgusted with this company as Hop2 is the epitome of the swindling practices that happens in the world of e-commerce.
Aftrer many calls i finally got help and got wheel chair assistance after many calls i would suggest Csthy your culsultant was most helpful the others were bad kept telling me to call another then another my phone is good here in the philippines where the cellphone service for a man or woman where i am is bad most days i am luckey to get cell service is all now as an american veteran i can return to the statesbto get much needed health care i am good otherwise much apperciated hop 2 thank you help full with wheel chair needs.
I was working on friend's overseas booking and had decided something was not correct. I left it and proceeded to do something else. Last night my friend discovered that the computer generated the transaction to the dismay of both of us. She went on line and chatted with someone but because it was over 24 hrs by a little, it seemed she would only receive half of the money back. I phone Hop2 and explained the situation to Flint who very kindly advised me to write an email to the Management which I did. This morning I was delighted to find a reply that there would be a full refund! You have made two Sisters of Mercy very grateful Hop2 fans!

To keep in mind that when the ticket receipt was sent, you shall have gotten two of them: one for us, and the second for the airline.
