I have used Hop2 multiple times - mostly for International flights. I have never had a problem, found the prices very competitive, and the customer service excellent and very punctual. Recenlty, I had a scheduled flight changed by the airlines and Hop2 went out of their way to get me on a preferable alternative. I highly recommend them.

I had trouble for two days booking my ticket. On the second day, I sent a message to an agent, and Mia was quick to respond and explain the issue. Then she kept in contact with me by phone and email, and because of her help, I was able to purchase my ticket at a better price, and consequently secure my spot. She turned an unpleasant and frustrating experience into a quick resolve. She was very pleasant, professional, and vey competent.

To keep in mind that when the ticket receipt was sent, you shall have gotten two of them: one for us, and the second for the airline.
