Would have liked to be able to add on a seat reservation. And had a clear list of luggage restrictions.
Site was a bit slow, so much so that it actually booked my ticket twice. However I'm giving them 5 starts because I was very quickly and painless able to call them up, got a response right away and had the duplicate ticket removed without issue.
Efficient process and I would book again. My tickets were emailed to be within 24 hours and I was ready to go
The procedure was easy even not being an American citizen and the prize was very good compared to the other suppliers.

Can't purchase a ticket with Discover credit card, you can see picture of the credit cards that you can choose, including Discover, but it's not available when you click on payment graph tab.

Got airfare that was 50% cheaper than what United, American and Delta offered.
Only negative was that I had to pay extra to secure seats so that my wife and I can sit together. That would be a problem if the prices were closer to the Airlines mentioned.
Before I booked, I tried to read all of the fine print and did not see anywhere that said securing seats at time of ticket purchase may cost extra dollars.
I bought ticket from this site because they have the cheapest tickets available. I will definitely check their website again for future purchases..

I have more than 12 hr transit but I did not get hotel. It is much better if travel agency clarify this thing before the ticket issued.
Simple and easy to work and do ticket reservation through Hop2
Hop2 was transparent about providing the exact same price as the UnitedHealth airlines website plus their administration fee.
The main benefit was that Hop2 allowed me to pay in USD at my Bank's exchange rate, rather the new other websites that forced me to pay in my local currency at a much worse exchange rate.

To keep in mind that when the ticket receipt was sent, you shall have gotten two of them: one for us, and the second for the airline. *For other legs the involved airlines won't allow us to preselect seats.
Baggage allowance: one carry-on plus one standard bag up to 50 pounds or 23 kilos.
