I was nervous about having booked a flight through this company because of the negative reviews but I had NO problems at all with my flight.
I booked it, received a notification and called them to confirm that I was the one who made the reservation and that I didn't need to go thru the credit card confirmation process that they have.
The tickets that I booked were legitimate, I had no problems boarding my flights, choosing my seats, and making it to and from my destination.
I had NO issue with any credit card fraud, everything went smooth.
I would ABSOLUTELY use this service again because the price was phenomenal for a RT flight from Boston to Barcelona Spain!
Price was as stated and tickets issued promptly. They actually contacted me with a slightly cheaper alternative which I wouldn't have expected - the alternative didn't work for me but I was still impressed that they asked.
I was very happy with Hop2, the website is secure and easy to use. The best part is that I was supposed to have a lay over for a couple of hours, but Hop2 sent me an email an hour after I made my booking saying a direct flight was variable for the same price to my final destination, saving me 4 hours. I am very happy, never had this happen before with other booking sites. Highly recommend Hop2!

Bianca was very quick to respond to my email, and the price stated on the site was waaay lower than anywehere else, so I was worried it is going to be a scam. Turns out they are just great and my price remained the same, as the one stated.
They contacted me to give me a better offer than the plane flight I had selected and to confirm my card number. They did a wonderful job and were very polite and timely. I was gratefully appreciative.

The WORST - do not use Hop2 booking service you will regret it. I had to cancel my Hop2 flight tickets one year ago due to illness. The Hop2 agent told me they would be valid until 2018. When I called in 4/2017 I was told the tickets had already expired and I could not get a refund until they "went through all their phone records to prove I was told 2018" and contacted the airline to procure my refund. They are hostile, rude, barely speak English, and incompetent. Spend your money elsewhere!

I purchased a round trip ticket from Seattle to Germany 3 months before my departure date. Everything was great. However, there was a problem for me to come back from Germany to Seattle. I needed to lay over in Canada for 2 hours. Then, on my return day, I was unable to check in and the airline person told me that I MUST a Canadian visa (I'm not a US citizen). They recommended me to buy a last minute ticket and it would cost me $1500-ish. The airline could not help me to change my ticket since I bought it from travel agent. Then, I was asked to call my travel agent if they could help me to find a cheaper alternative return ticket. I called Hop2 customer service right away and they helped me to find one. About 2 hour later, they emailed me with a new booking return ticket and only costed me about $460. It's still a lot of money, but I didn't have any other option.
Hop2 is a fraud! They give you fake low prices and then they charge you the real price. I called them to fix the charge according to the receipt I was given but they said we can only give you voucher for your next purchase from us! I didn't accept because 1-if they don't give my money back right now, they won't give it back later! 2- I will never purchase from Hop2 again. I also had an issue with Turkish Airlines' trip which I had bought its ticket from Hop2 but none of them resolved the issue. Both Hop2 and Turkish Airlines have disastrous customer service and are disgraceful.
Both reservation and verification process was easy. I received very fast response regarding the verification of my ticket. Also, since I have done the payment by credit card from abroad, the security aspect of my transaction was also important and l thank to Hop2 about this too.
We found it odd that they ask for your customer service phone number if your credit card but so far so good. Our flights have been verified by air canada and we're all set.

Hop 2 was extremely easy to work with. We needed to add someone to our itinerary a few days after we had already completed our reservation and Hop2 came through for us.

To keep in mind that when the ticket receipt was sent, you shall have gotten two of them: one for us, and the second for the airline.
