I'm having troubles with my payment. I booked already, and my bank said they're waiting for Hop2 to claim the amount. However, Hop2 says my card was declined. I called my bank about 2 - 3 times and they say my card is okay. Anyone similar? What can I do?
I purchased my ticket online, where I chose Hop2 because it had the best pricing. However, what I wasn't expecting was a follow up email suggesting an alternative flight (same details but one hour earlier), which was priced $30 cheaper. This was prior to issuing the ticket. I emailed back and had instant responses.
They found the flight in record time-Thank You Polly.
They got back to me within 2hours now that's service!
Despite a complicated security check for third party card, our bookings with Hop2 Travel have been excellent! In both cases an even better plan has been offered for the same price or less. The ticketing is perfect (confirmation and ticket number confirmed with the airline) and invoicing is very good, clear and effective. Thanks a lot! The letterhead for the invoice could wear a footer with more details about Hop2, but the most important is correctly displayed so all is well. Great job!

I booked a flight to Munich on 8/28 for a departure date of 9/29. The flight was canceled on 9/14 and I was NEVER EVEN SENT AN EMAIL. I went to check in at the airport and was then notified that my flight had been canceled and Hop2 told airberlin that "there wasn't an email on file" which is absolutely ridiculous given I have to input the email to get the confirmation.
Called Hop2 (Tim) who was incredibly rude and confirmed that I did, in fact, have an email on file (obviously) and that he does agree I should have been notified. In order to make it to Munich in time, I had to book a same-day international flight which cost me over 1k.
I was on hold for over 2 hours, Tim told me he would call me back and of course never did. I get if the flight was canceled and I had to rebook, not a big deal, but they couldn't even do the one job I paid them for which was manage my booking. I don't understand how these people are in business and this is an absolute scam.

Your ticket has been taken under the airline (Air Berlin) control shortly after the change occurred. Further on, we had no permissions either to change or refund that.
The email you have indicated when acquiring the ticket is in the reservation even right now.

We just have been able to pull all the records on your file.
The return part of your trip has been rescheduled and taken under the airline control right after you used the outbound part and landed in Munich.
From that moment we were restricted in processing any further changes on the reservation.
Once again, the email was on file and it was the airline duty to inform of such, and I believe you shall have had a discussion at Air Berlin counter during the time of arrival in Munich.
It has been not our intention to offend or harm, yet in cases like that the airline would leave the travel agency without an option.

My bank declined my reservations because of the total amount of the reservation (fraud protection). Hop2 was really understanding, they even held my reservation for 24hrs so that i could contact my bank and get the details worked out. I called them back and we were able to get my original reservations for the same times and prices. Really great customer service.
I wasn't sure about using Hop2 due to the fact that I didn't know anything about them. They had the best price for a flight so I thought I would give them a shot. I locked down my selection and purchased the flight. Then they contacted me and found a flight for the same price that only had a 2 hr layover compared to a 10 hr layover and gave me the option of switching. Of course I did! There aren't many companies out there that take the extra time to ensure their customers are happy. Thus company is one that does. Thank You Hop2!
They say that i missed my flight (i didn't) and my ticket was cancelled. They blamed it on me and just washed their hands off the problem.

I had read several bad reviews and must admit I was a bit afraid of the outcome. It was a great, smooth experience. Indeed that they ask for a picture of your credit card (covering number except 4 last digit) was a bit bizarre but they want to check if you are in possession of the card... so yes for anti fraude measures. They were the only site were I could get my ticket at that price! So let's Hop
I've been told I need to verify the card ownership, and was given an option that worked for me.
They also took the extra effort and found a cheaper flight option.
An easy site to navigate via mobile and great prices for flights. They offered me an alternative option too.
Easy, caring & fast... Booked on lunch, after work had a confirmation with a alternate offer for a shorter layover. I was worried we wouldn't get our original flight as we wanted a long layover. Email correspondence was the best, fast & efficient. They were just trying to be helpful & kept our original flight. How Thoughtful! Happy Hopping 2 wherever your going :)

I had to book a ticket last minute to Sweden (family emergeny) and I about cried when I saw current ticket prices. However through Hop2 I was able to find a reasonable price. I have never booked through Hop2 before but once it was all processed and they followed up with me (gave me a better alternative flight route) I was so happy to finally have my ticket issued. The lady (Jessie Sun) who helped me was super friendly and did a great job helping me. You have no idea how much better I feel now that I no longer have to stress about booking my flight. Excellent not enough for them, those people follow up with my issue till I get happy with my booking and I felt it's worth it
I was initially look into a return ticket for $945.90. It's the cheapest option available compared to another websites. So then I processed the payment, verified the card, and waiting for the actual ticket to be issued.
30 mins later, I got an email, that they have another option available with a more well-known airline for a $20 less.
How can I not love the services?
They really put themselves on the customer's shoes. Cant complaint and I really satisfied with the service.

When I first find out the lowest price at Hop2, I wasn't so sure to use the side to buy my three tickets for the US. But later I read all forums about the side the decided to use it. To keep in mind that when the ticket receipt was sent, you shall have gotten two of them: one for us, and the second for the airline.
