Ordered product, paid express shipping. Received order confirmation email and amount was charged to my VISA card. Waited... Sent email asking for update and received none. Sent email demanding refund. Received an email saying that a shipping update would be emailed to me. Never received one (and, yes, I did check my spam filter). Never received product, never received refund. Go look at Trust Pilot. 58% 1 star ratings! Don't make the same mistake we did! https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.homegoods.com

Ecommerce is useless. Lousy shipping.

I just wanted a good deal on a set of frying pans. Had to pay $15 for 5-10 days shipping. They didn't even start the shipping for 5 days. Now it's even longer, evidently 13 days. Estimated arrival keeps changing so we'll see if only 13 days. Customer service is no help. These better be freaking good pans but I won't be shopping here again. Too many better options.

Go In Store

Go to a Home Goods in store. The experience is much better than online. It's fun finding "gems" among all of their goods. It's like a Marshalls or TJ Maxx. You're not going to find something great every time.

At the Solana Beach, CA store. At a counter with at least 8 registers, only two were manned. I have been to this store twice in two days with the same issue. Granted once you have something in your cart, you end up waiting, but it is annoying. I have been ready to buy an item in the past, but ended up walking out after seeing the line and just a couple cashiers. I like their product selection and turn-over and returns are easy so it's too bad I am hesitant to go in there unless I have a lot of time... and patience.

I went to home goods Miramar (the fountains) i bought 5 curtains market down the last one with the same sqr, size, color and brand it comes for regular price the employer gently explained this to Ricardo de manager He said with really bad manners "i don't care take it or live it.
I tried to make him understand, the situation, he was very rude, i bough it because I need it, he makes me pay more because he does even listen to me and the employee.
Some times people think because they are the manager they can do whatever they want I have been kind on him to make him understand.
Because of him Ricardo the unfriendly manager it will be my last time in that store. Pembroke pines and plantation always have a smile

Fun place to shop!

Our Home Goods in Dunwoody GA is one of my favorite places to shop... however, it didn't used to be. A year or so ago it was messy, employees were not friendly, and I felt like I was at a huge garage sale. Today however is a different story. It is bright, clean and the employees are super friendly. I see one employee, Linda who is always working to make the store better. She is stocking shelves and works hard to keep the store current and appealing to the customer. She appears to have a great work ethic, and appreciates the Home Goods family. If you haven't been in in a while, give it another try.

I did much of my shopping there this year. They honor returns without presentation of an ID, and I want to guard against identity theft so I do not shop where I am required to produce an ID upon return. Excellent prices and great choices. One stop shopping!

I love my job but after 90 days I have been distracted by several employees and one coordinator in front of customers on the sales floor.they all know I have a mental illness and they think it is amusing and funny to talk down to me and constantly laugh at me.i asked the coordinator something today and in front of customers once again she was rude.i was told I would be terminated from my job if I brought the issue up ànd she wouldn't cause her mom is a manager.I have also been treated like I am invisible.why have a open Door policy if you are just going to terminate me.please remember the motto be here be honest and be nice.

Best stuff

I so love the store i find myself stopping at the store 3 days a week in Atlanta myself n mom is addicted to the store great selection around holidays the sale are very cost effective. I love my david burke pots n baking pans. Every week always n eye piece to buy.

It's similar to Marshal and TJX; same items of department store but with %30 to %50 discount. Items form all over the world; India Mexico Spain Portuguese turkey Egypt. I think everything and anything can be there Silverware, throw pillows, kitchen, storage, kids toys, dining furniture, decoration, rugs, pictures, lamps, sheets anything you name it

I went to Homegoods. CHRISTY and ANGIE were SUPER. After finding a mid century modern couch that i love i went back to the store 4 times. Angie told me she remembered my couch and to come in as they had gotten in more furniture for Mother's Day. Christy supported my search, was honest, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Watch out for website with bigbigbigtool or homegoodshot.com... scam...not part of the Homegoods... it sells home tools but reviews or about cycling and other stuff. Does not items...beware

Horrible Manager
November 17, 2023

My mother and I shopped at Home Goods Poway Ca. Short version of events, the manager scolded me for leaving my cart unattended. Her claim is that it was unattended for more than 30 minutes. It was not 30 minutes or more. My mom is in a wheelchair. I had my cart a few isles behind me as I shopped and I would toss items in and move it along with us. As I was also assisting my mom in her wheelchair. The manager was angry that I questioned her. After my scolding, the manager marched up front and made an announcement to the entire store that shoppers need to keep their carts close to them or they will be taken and restocked. It was an angry announcement and other shoppers witnessed my scolding and asked if I prompted that announcement. The manager made a big point of telling me the store had video surveillance and she could prove to me how long my cart was unattended. I gathered my mom in her wheelchair and left. As I did, the manager had followed me to the door and watched me leave.
For the business, Is this how you treat shoppers with special needs. Rather than warning me or asking if they could help me with my cart, they will take it away from shoppers. This was a very unfortunate happening. The other associates were very friendly and helpful. The manager was out of line.
