Nice fabrics in pictures. What you receive is trash, and many times item not at all what you ordered.

First, I used the fitting chart and ordered 2 full sizes larger than I normally would - the items were still very small. I had ordered in August in order to have gifts for Christmas, and the package came just before New Years!

Then the real nightmare began when I attempted to return the items. They offered me 4 very strange "options", but I decided on Option 4, which was 100% refund if I paid for the return mailing. I got generic letters and even though I have emails showing 7 different times I asked for a return address label or return address, they dodged the question. So I went to FedEx and we used the "return" address on the original packaging. Holapick asked for a copy of the tracking number and receipt, then told me it was the wrong address, so they "could only offer a 50% return". As they promised 100% if I picked up the return mailing cost, I was incensed. Multiple emails back and forth, and the last one - when I hit reply - it went to ME! So they used an address to send that wouldn't allow a reply.

I have made a Better Business Complaint. They have a 1 star rating on BBB. I would give them less than that if it was possible. Not only are they UNETHICAL and DECEITFUL, I believe that what they are doing is ILLEGAL.

Do not buy from this company I never got what I ordered if you don't listen you were warned. You can't get a hold of customer service

I ordered almost $500 Canadian. There was not one single thing that was wearable. KEEP YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. They would only refund $36. I don't typically write reviews but PLEASE KEEP YOUR MONEY!

I wish I read all the reviews first before orderingI never EVER had a problem with any company before and I should have checked them out before ordering. I didn't know they are from CHINA until the pkg arrived. That's a RED FLAG and I am SO mad that I fell for this! I ordered 5 tops for $96.90 and they only sent 4. I placed my order May 21st and it took over a month to get to me. When I tried to cancel the order and went to CONTACT on their website, it would not send NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I TRIED. Then I started to panic as I got suspicious. After getting the product and tried to resolve the issues, they did NOT want to refund me for the item that I got which was NOT the color nor the item shown on the website. They wanted to give me a stupid voucher of $9 when I paid more than double. Ridiculous. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER! I will be sure to let everyone know so they don't have to go through what I had to. I don't want their clothes... so cheaply made, not like the pictures. UGH!

Ordered a tv 40". Recieved a pack of 5 socks. What a scam. I have a open dispute with my credit card company. Scam. Reporting

OMG. I should have read the reviews before I placed a large order from Holapick... it took many weeks for my order of 8 items to arrives and when it did. It was all in one small package. Before I opened it i thought wow they got my entire order into this little plastic bag. Once I opened it up I was shocked to see some of the items wadded up into zip lock bags. Not one single item in this order was even close to the sizes I had ordered and the quality is so poor It made me sick to think I spent good money for this crap... the dress I ordered was tagged a 3x inside but the dress itself was like a size teen medium. None of the clothes run true to size. They are made to fit asian women because they are made in Hong Kong. Had I of known this I would of never placed an order. When I checked to see where this Company was located it showed in California so i went ahead and ordered. The warehouse in is california the clothes are made in hong kong. Also the fabrics are not cotton. The fabrics used are cheap rayon and nylon. Every item I ordered was a 3x the clothes were made to fit a size large. The workman ship is so bad that one of the tops i ordered the sleeves on it were not even finished being sewn. They forgot to even hem the sleeves it. I emailed the company and told them how unhappy I am with their products. They emailed me and told me once I return them they would refund me. When I ask for a return shipping address they would never answer my emails. So I sent the items back to the California warehouse where I got them from and they in turn. Wrote rejected return to sender on the package. I am just sick about this. As I spent $200... I am on disability and it is the first time i have been able to afford to buy some clothes... Now I am out my money and my clothes because I clearly can not wear this junk they sent me. Buyers... RUN from this company... their clothes are NOT as they appear in their photos.

I am not happy with Holapick. I did not receive all that ordered, I have not received a refund, they will not give me a return address to send the shirts back, very poor customer service, after 4 emails which I think was an automated system answering my emails, they have ceased communication with me. I am out close to 200.00, I WANT MY FULL REFUND
