I have given this 1 star as there is not a way to give it zero. We have returned two out of four dresses as they were a bit small for my wife. After more than 10 emails, many of which were replied to with the wrong name not just wrong completely wrong and also the replies did not reply to our questions but to other random questions. I then sent the dresses back to the UK returns address. Now after countless Emails they are offering a refund 50% less as they say we returned the goods to the wrong address. PLEASE THEIR STUFF IS CHEAP FOR A REASON THEY ARE A SCAM

Return merchandise over a month ago. They ask you to accept different item and discount but, no I want my credit issued bCk to my card. Still waiting. Do not buy from this site.

I placed an order 90 days ago - still no product! I've contacted customer service and their team seems unable to understand that their shipper (Pitney Bowes - also gets a zero rating in my estimation) takes no responsibility and says they have no way to tell me where the package is. I've sent tracking reports to Holapick customer service, called Pitney Bowes, checked with the US Postal Service and all I get from Holapick is be patient. I've asked for a refund which has fallen on deaf ears. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! If there was a negative star option - they would get that.

Advertised as cotton 'blend', MAYBE they sewed with cotton, but the material is a thin polyester-ish awful fabric. And the sizes are inconsistent (on the small size, even tho I ordered according to their size chart) When I complained and wanted to return, they dodged giving me a return address. Then when I threatened to have VISA reverse the charge they offered me a $28 refund on an $83 order. I still don't have a return address. This is obviously one of those Chinese companies that has no sense of customer service. It's a one hit wonder, knowing the can get you and you'll never order again. PRODUCT IS INFERIOR, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT!

My first order with this company was OK. I mistakenly ordered one item twice and was assured of a full refund upon return. I did indeed receive a full refund but it cost $20 to send back a $22 item since they insist on a tracking number. OK lesson learned pay attention! LOL. My next order did not go as well. It took a long time to arrive and in the interim they canceled one item as unavailable even though it is still advertised on the site. The refund was a few dollars less than what I was charged. Subsequent emails were frustrating as they insisted I had received a full refund. One item was missing from my shipment and I was told it would arrive soon. Two of my items did not fit despite being similar style and the same size as the other two. So my friend who is a bit smaller got a early Christmas gift lol. When the last item finally arrived it was 2 sizes bigger than what I ordered. LOL I don't know anyone that size and I'm not going to pay almost the whole price to return it so I guess I'm screwed lol. Lesson learned. This site is dead to me! So best of luck if you choose to order!

Save yourself the aggravation. Find another site. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I am working my tail off to even receive my items or a credit.

First of all, they don't tell you their products come from Hong Kong. After 6-1/2 weeks I received part of my order. The sizing was screwy and the fabric was disgusting. I requested a return authorization and they kept giving me the run around. After 2-1/2 months I finally received another package. The label said it was a ladies coat, which is not what I ordered so I refused it and asked for a refund for the dozenth time and they say they can't help me unless I send them a picture of the contents of the package.
Seriously DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Horrible company…fabric is not as pictured or described. Will not answer phones. Will not respond to returns. Totally ripping off Americans. Stay away

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I clearly ordered 2 L dresses in the same order, i only received 1 and the one i received was a M. These people respond when they want to, i still do not have the correct size, and have not yet received the second dress. Had i known that these cheap items come from China, I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED!
Buyers Beware! I have a screen shot of each & every email that i have sent them, i will be contacting the BBB to let them know that this is a complete RIP OFF

I was looking at their clothing and ACCIDENTALLY hit purchase button. I tried to cancel order immediately, but I just received my bank statement & I got charged for an item I never received! Never received a proof of purchase either.
