Unfortunately you probably cannot. After my dealings with a company called Noracora, I have done some research. Seems these companies are poppong up on FB and other social media sites. They advertise very cute clothing for reasonable prices. Most of them are scams. They take your money and (if they send it at all) send you cheaply made pieces that barely resemble the pictures. Fraudulent customer service emails, extremely high shipping on returns and lies all around. My recommendation would be to contact your Paypal or credi card company to see if they can help. Sorry!

You can only return by sending to China for between $60 - 80. You will not receive an exchange or a refund.

Try a company called SayHey in Hong Kong, they took the money from me under that name

It is a warehouse in China. It is not on the package which lists a California address. It costs between $60-80 to mail anything to China. The customer service will, provide an address but you will not receive a refund or an exchange.

China, no returns or exchanges, very cheap, wrong sizes and miscellaneous substitutions.
