Holapick advertised a cotton blend, embroidered Mexican-style peasant top, and sent a top that was 100% polyester, with the fake embroidery merely printed on. It looked like something a clown would wear.

They knowingly send out fakes, and rake in the cash by not refunding either original shipping costs, nor providing return postage.

I found that customer service does respond, but only with form letters that don't address the issue. They stand firm in holding to their so-called policy, (even though they send total garbage) and that the item they sent is 100% is NOT the item advertised.

Don't waste your money. Don't buy from this scam company. Avoid Holapick like the plague.

Don't buy from this company! Horrible fabric and no sense sizes! Items don't look like advertised and the result is unsatisfactory!

This is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and to this day 11 months later I have not received a refund from this company.I supplied my receipt and proof of return. I got an email last month saying they refunded me in August, my bank has no record of this refund, I am just out $79. An expensive lessen learned

What a disappointment! I bought 6 items and only 2 were true to size, only 3 were of good quality. They say money back guarantee but that is a lie. They kept denying refund or replacement because I couldn't find the "item #" on the very items they sent me! Do NOT buy from them… you will be disappointed. CBonilla

The first order I placed with hola pick was perfect. Correct sizes, style & colors. Place a 2nd order and while i was waiting for that delivery I placed a 3rd order. Waited a long time finally packages started coming. Out of 12 tops I ordered 5 were correct. They others were all wrong. One top I never would have ordered it had spaghetti straps and all the tops I ordered were short or long sleeved. Some tops were duplicates of tops I already had. Customer service is a joke to send them a complaint you have to unscramble 5 letters-numbers they are impossible to figure out. I think on purpose no phone number to contact them. To send tops back I have to pay the postage to China. They hooked me on the 1st order, then 2nd & 3rd order threw a bunch of junk into packages & sent them to me. Charged my CC I am screwed. Please save your money. The tops advertised are beautiful too bad you can't get what you ordered.

If your thinking of ordering from this company please do NOT, I ordered 4 items 2 months ago never received them to this day! No refund nothing thay will send you a fake tracking number after that no emails replys nothing and they take your money

No customer service, product not as pictured, wrong size by 3 sizes, VERY poor quality, extremely poor representation of product sent.

This is the most fake and garbage clothing i have ever seen and the sizers are lies. You buy a 2xx and it cant fit a size 8. Cheep clothing fabric, no lining, man its just awful. I beg of any thinking of doing business with this company, please dont. You can search all you want but you cant find a return adress. Its all lies

The clothes are so cheap looking, material horrible too, sizing so off, and customer service is horrible. What more can you say. I learned my lesson from buying from them. Still don't have all the items. I would request refund but they won't get back to you.

This is not a good company. It took forever for my order to arrive, and when it finally all came the clothing was the poorest quality. I was not expecting much because it was so inexpensive, but this is seriously bad. One item looked totally used. It was navy and had white fuzz all over it. Another piece arrived and it was totally not what I ordered at all. There is absolutely no way to return these items. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. Please do not order from them

Worst online shopping I've ever experienced! Slow delivery, poor quality, very bad customer service, no way to return merchandise and I'm convinced they will never reimburse my credit card even if I found a label to return things. Clothing runs about five sizes smaller than normal. I got a size XXL women's pants that actually has a 12 inch waist! Not kidding. This company should not be in business!

Avoid this business! Total scam. Merchandise is clearly intentionally misrepresented on website (very different colors and COMPLETELY different (cheap) fabrics) and they literally make it impossible to return. 0% chance of satisfaction. Product took 2 months to come from deep in China (from tracking information) and all communication was with non-English speaking individuals (though it did occur to me that they might have been feigning ignorance of the language. Avoid at all costs. Should be negative star rating.

I foolishly placed two orders a couple days apart and paid for them through PayPal. The website pictures looked great. I received one order 4 weeks later. The other I never received shipment or tracking info and numerous emails to customer service have gone unanswered. The sizing guides they offer are all wrong! The clothes run Super Small and the material looks more like rag material than anything of serviceable quality. Such a disappointment!

Update 5 weeks later: After filing a dispute with PayPal my lost order just showed up with no explanation. While I appreciated getting it the quality was again a disappointment as stated above and I'm sure I would not have received it if I didn't file a refund request through PayPal. Again I say don't be foolish like me save your money!

I ordered nine iitems & every item is garbage. I feel like a fool thinking I could easily return for a refund. After reading the reviews there would have been NO order. Feel bad about contributing to landfill but even though I intend to give everything to charity I feel much if not all will be tossed into the trash.
Never again. Sticking with Amazon or local stores.
