Made the mistake of ordering 5 tops. None fit well and a couple were poorly made. Contacted customer service. They gave me 2 options- neither included full refund. So I rewrote them and now it has been 2 weeks with no reply. Would not recommend ordering from them. It also took a month to get. Will pursue further.
I ordered nine iitems & every item is garbage. I feel like a fool thinking I could easily return for a refund. After reading the reviews there would have been NO order. Feel bad about contributing to landfill but even though I intend to give everything to charity I feel much if not all will be tossed into the trash.
Never again. Sticking with Amazon or local stores.
Worst experience with ordering clothing. Fabric was printed on extreme slimy polyester. Styles not as pictured. Some items never came. No way to return anything. Small small small. And ugly ugly. Believe the 1 reviews... would have given it a zero but not an option. Don't waste your money or time. On a 90$ ordered offered a 30$ refund but no way to return whole miserable mess even tho say returnable.
While I ordered a coat according to their US measurements, it came to me looking very stylish and material was great; but in NO WAY would the measurements they had on their site fit when it came delivered to me. Also cannot get ahold of anyone to return.

I ordered 3 items from Holapick and received them 4 weeks later. My items were true to the pictures and I am very happy with them.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because ALL of the reviews are so bad and the only way to contact them is via the contact us and they have this code you have to put in but it never works.

Do not order their clothing. It is nothing like what's on website. They also do not cover return charges. It cost me $22.00 to return package back to them.
Got a medium sweater, based on size guide. Snug fit. Would have done better with large. Don't forget, comes from overseas.
Once you go to put the promo code in for an amount off, it takes that as an acceptance to payment. So then they automatically email you a password to review your purchase. If you attempt to click on any part of their page, it says site not found. Thank God for Paypal or I would be out $130 bucks. Do not buy from this company. It is not a real company. Lesson learned, always review company first before purchasing.
This company is a fraud.
Their website says you will be refunded upon receipt of the returned package. My refund is just not happening after sending all Info requested. Very poor quality and poor service. Website is enhanced with beautiful pictures but merchandise does not even have a label for company or instructions on care or type of material. They are not fulfilling their own policies on returns... mine is worth 236$ And waiting since August.

Purchased 2 tops... both of which are cheap quality and not worth even half of the sale price. One top (advertised as a large loose fitting top with a 40" bust) doesn't even fit my 34" granddaughter as it's too small). Do not recommend this site to anyone.
Received parcel after 15 days. Quality very poor and sizes no where near what I ordered. Extremely disappointed with the 5 tops I purchased. Will never buy from this company again. Pictures in adverb are no where near what you actually receive. I was over charged by $40 instead of the advertised discount I calculated.

The fabric is so cheap I would never wear it. Such false advertising! Dresses look so nice online and then when I received them, nothing but garbage.

Buyer beware! It took 5 weeks to receive my order. I think all the good reviews on the website are falsified. The quality was shoddy and sizes were way off. Now I am getting the run around trying to return the items. I made an $80 purchase and their most recent reply is that I should keep the items and they will give me a $23 credit on their website to purchase another item! This stuff is such garbage I won't wear it for free.
I didn't even get the shirt I ordered, I paid around 30.00 and they said they would give me 6.00 back. It had a hole in the shoulder. Look at the picture s below and you will not find this shirt any where on their site. Because they don't send you what you ordered. Walmart wouldn't sell something this bad. Don't you find it suspicious that every piece of clothing has a five star rating. Total RIP off!
I placed my order May 1,2020 took me more than a month to receive it. The items were not even close to the pictures in the catalog. Definitely, not worth what I paid for it. They're giving me a hard time to return the items that didn't fit me and I don't like because the material is horrible. Their offers are to re-purchase the items at 60% off or keep the items that don't fit and they will issue a $30.00 voucher for my next purchase. When I paid $106.00 for 4 items. I'll never buy from them I just need my money back. I've reached out to my credit card company for advise.
They have no way of contacting them except through email... when you want to cancel the order because they didn't send it... you can't because the code never comes or doesn't work! I'm out $180 ugh! Scammers!
First off, the clothes that you wind up getting (after at least 1 month after purchase) looks absolutely nothing like the clothes you think you are purchasing. The material is the cheapest, thinnest, piece of junk. Website says you can return or exchange if you are not satisfied. That's not true at all! They are not willing to give me a full refund at all. Don't waste your money. I wish I could give it ZERO stars.
Their clothes are not high quality, not worth the price you'll pay. And they ripped me off for a dress, just like they seem to have ripped off most of the other reviews here. I've had NO problems with other companies like this, so... Just shop somewhere else.

Is so sad, because most of the clothing on this site are gorgeous! Why don't they simply, run the company correctly, use better quality material, pay their " good workers" a better salary, their reviews will be better & they could even charge more, I'd pay more!
After waiting several weeks for 4 blouses, the only response I receive from the company is that because the products come from China, and because of the Corona virus, there are delays and to contact the shipping company. Apparently the box left Carol Stream, IL, two weeks ago, for my home, which is two hours away by car. I wish I read these reviews before ordering. I hope they get sued.
