I have ordered clothing on-line for many years without any problems. I failed to research this company and as a result I too am a victim of their fraudulent practices. I ordered a shirt in early March. I have never received it. I sent numerous emails to their "customer service dept," I was given bogus tracking numbers and locations regarding the item. Their last email indicated the item was in Southern California waiting for processing by the USPS. I filed a grievance with Pay Pal to no avail. Not only is Holapick. A scam, shame on Pay Pal for not advocating for me as their client. They should have refunded my money and should block this company as a vendor. Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures of their merchandise.

Scam

Do not waist your hard earned money on these people, you most likely wont get your order like me and if you do it is not what you expected its garbage and would fit a child.
I ordered 3 items in march and finally got 2.
I threw them in the garbage as the material was horrible, and i never did get the 3rd one, wish i had paid with paypal.
They also will not refund your money, i wish someone would put them out of business as all the garbage is coming from China.

Returns Policy is a Lie

Don't try to return anything. Their policy is simple, clear and fair, but it is a lie. They make it next to impossible to finalise a return, which you would have to do frequently because their clothing is quirky and interesting but not great quality and very variable in the fit.
Best thing you can do is not buy from them unless you like endless hassle.

Disappointed
July 23, 2020

I waited about a month for this order, I recieved the shirt today. The material is paper thin and color's not as bright as in the picture. I tried it on and even though I ordered a size larger than what I wear, it's still way to small. I hope my review shows up to make others aware. I was so disappointed.

In my first three emails, I asked for confirmation of return address. After my second request, their email claimed, "We understand your concern and can assure you of lawful operation of our company." But still no address was provided. Time was running out on my 30 days (deadline on their return policy) so I mailed it to the address from which it was sent. I let them know it was on its way back to them and they asked to what address I had sent it. I attached the receipt from the mailing store and they responded, "Upon checking the system, you delivered the items to the wrong address. We can only refund you 50% of the items that you return." How's that for a rip off?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered a dress here for my son's wedding. It arrived in a timely fashion. When I tried it on, after ordering per their fit guidelines, I could hardly move my arms and shoulders. The rest of the dress was HUGE. I almost had to have my daughter help me out of the dress the shoulders were so tight. I contacted the company for a return and expressed that I should not have to pay for return shipping if it didn't fit per their guidelines and they did not agree. They even went on, for several days, trying to talk me into keeping the dress and ordering additional items from them. Then they suggested I gift the ill-fitting dress to someone I knew! Why would I want to order additional ill-fitting items that the company obviously WON'T stand behind and why would I gift such a ridiculous item to someone else? They thought I would want someone else to experience an ill-fitting item of clothing? Find your clothes somewhere else that actually believes in their own products.

As above this company is a total scam! Ordered 5 things 3 months ago, never received one. SCAM, scam, SCAM! DO NOT ORDER, they will take your information. From CHINA! Never received confirmation. Wrote them over and over. Kept saying my order was taking longer than usual.

I ordered a cotton and linen top and received a nylon parachute like fabric top that also did not match the description in color. I emailed them 3 times to handle this. No response.
The first photo is what was on the website, that I ordered, the second photo is what I received.

Tried to Cancel

Ordered too fast before reading reviews. I tried to cancel the order. Response time was so slow and confusing that eventually I told them to place the order. Much time passed and the order arrived. One item fit my Mother. Three items I wished to return and told them I didn't know where their patterns came from but the clothing doesn't, in any way look like the images. They asked me to take pictures and show them? Am I now a clothing designer? I give up, they can keep my money. $120 gone. NEVER ORDER FROM HOLAPICK.

I ordered 8 items from them and they sent the wrong size on 6 items. They advertised 2 dresses as linen and they were cheap see thru polyester.
You have to pay for returns. Which was $72 from FL, USA. So it was rediculous to return. I will donate.

Holapick will charge your account as soon as you place an order -without shipment. They will not refund your money. Holapick charged my account $275.00 and sent next day notice that THEY cancelled my order. A refund of $18.68 was added back to my account and 7 emails later had to report them to Hong Kong Consumer Agency. I requested a full refund multiple times and eventually they just start ignoring requests. They are fraudulent.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Received dress which came from China, this was not disclosed. Poor Poor quality. Dress cost $38.00 when I immediately tried to return it they would only give me a partial voucher or $8.00 back. Do not order from this company. I also asked for an address to return the item and they never would give it to me. This company is a sham.

I ordered a really pretty flowing accent vest. What looked online as a pretty cotton blend, turned out it came and was an ugly double knit piece of crap. I wouldn't ever wear it nor give it to anyone. I tried to return to sender and asked for a refund and was denied and my package was returned for which I paid another $8.00 to ship! What a crock and I hope someone will monitor what is advertised on social media!

This company doesn't deserve a star rating at all. 0(zero) says it all.
Deplorable quality of material. I could wrap my car seats with that crappy plastic wrap material. It insane that they would think a human being would were material like what they are peddling.
They refused my return and only offered me 30% ($30USD) of my 100 sale and wanted mr to pay to return my garbage items.

I received the correct number of items ordered but none wear in the right size all were way too small even though I ordered 2 sizes up because I knew if they were too big I could seam them up but no.
Quality was extremely poor. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

SCAM artists

Most items do not look as advertised from color to fabric and pattern. I have ordered due to poor refund policy and they do not follow and try to get you to buy more by saying 60% off next purchase meanwhile most of their items do not fit properly and are garbage material. I have halloween costumes that feel better! And would wear then this garbage. DO NOT BOTHER, photos are deceiving and most likely photoshoped to the extreme. OH and they also send items in large instead of small and items that are not even the same style or color.

I purchased 6 blouses from what I thought was an Australian Company 8 weeks ago - only to learn that it is a chinese company - they didn't dispatch in 24-48 hours as they say they will. I measured myself and ordered sizes according to their dimensions on the web site. I am normally a size 18 - 20 - I ordered 3XL & 4XL and only 1 of the blouses fit - one blouse was nice (one that didn't fit) the rest were really cheap thin material and if I saw them in a clothing store would not have paid $5 for them. I asked for a refund but got no reply. Be warned they are cheap for a reason
